“I think Darlene may have been the best, friendliest, and customer oriented employee I have ever seen. I came in for a new passport and she helped me through the whole process. She was happy, eager to help, and knowledgeable in what she was doing. The experience she gave will make me want to go back to see her again! Thank you Darlene!”
“This was likely not the best representation of this post office as it was a Saturday before Xmas so it was busy and slow. There was also a problem with a computer so only 2 were up and running. It looks like normally there is at least 3 if not 4 registers.
Staff were very polite and knowledgeable. There was plenty of packing material, even special holiday themed boxes and mailers.
This is great if you're a Canadian and need to mail something in the USA as its right beside the Galleria mall.”
