What an awesome experience with Buffalo Car Care of Williamsville. My 2024 BMW 530i looks an amazing with the Ceramic Coating. I would like to say a special thanks to Mandie. Took my care there today to get the Decontamination Wash/Clay Service and the 6 Month Ceramic Service. They did a phenomenal job with my vehicle! Ryan and the crew at BCC did a phenomenal job on my 2024 GMC Sierra. The work they do there is bar none. Just exceptional work. It is so nice to see a Company take as much pride in what they do as I do!!! I was introduced to Ryan, from Buffalo Car Care, by a friend who previously had a great experience with their services. We met at Buffalo Cars & Coffee, and I could tell right away that Ryan clearly has a passion for and loves what he does! He's very articulate and obviously 100% cares about the quality of his product, his team and satisfying his customers!Ryan patiently (!) took the time to answer my zillions of questions and thoroughly explained to me the benefits of what his technicians could do with some minor paint correction, followed by XPEL PPF on the front-end and then ceramic coating the entire car, including my chrome wheels. He was never pushy/aggressive, nor did he try to upsell me.The work on my car was done impeccably and my car looks better than new! The shop is impressive and clean. It really felt more like the Apple store equivalent of a detailing shop. They gave the same attention to detail working on my 3 year old Cadillac CT6, as they did the brand-new high-end exotic cars that were there in their care.Mandie was also great to deal with and on top of everything in the office. She communicated with me on a regular basis regarding my estimates and appointment scheduling.Living in an era where great customer service and attention to detail seem to be a thing of the past, my experience at Buffalo Car Care was refreshing to say the least! Great experience! Quoting was easy. Appointment was easy and timely. All expectations set up front and met. Staff was great to work with. Awesome job wrapping with xpel product and protecting with their ceramic product. Tint on the front windows is flawlesss. Truck looks absolutely awesome. Smooth as silk to the touch. I would highly recommend to anyone who's serious about long term protection of your vehicle. Especially here with road salt and all kinds of debris that can chip and wear out the paint. With car prices now protect them any way you can. Thanks Buffalo Car Care.

I had my 24 Mustang GT ceramic coated last week at Buffalo Car Care. They did an excellent job and explained everything in detail how to wash and maintain my vehicle. I was surprised how easy it will be to keep it looking brand new! I highly recommend BCC!

Buffalo Car Care did an amazing job ceramic coating my vehicle and I’m loving the results! Super friendly staff, Mandie was great to work with and so was Ryan, they really take their time and explain everything to you. Will be sure to use their services in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area for PPF, tint or ceramic coating work needing to be completed.

The partners at Buffalo Car Care have grown their business through hard work, dedication to their business and producing quality work. I just had my car ceramic coated with a film on the bumper, and couldn’t bee more pleased. Excellent finish and I plan on bringing my other vehicles there for the same process. I've treated all my new cars with Buffalo Car Care and they never fail to make me happy I came to them first before racking too many miles. My truck was ready for pick up on time after Clearbra and ceramic coating was done over a two day period. It was the most glossy and clean truck I've laid my eyes on! When I returned home and went to close my door, my hand slipped right off! The rain runs right off and I'm excited for many more years of seeing my vehicle retain its clean finish!
