“I was very hesitant about coming here after reading some of the reviews about this property, but it has been the place in my price limit at the time. The rooms here can use a bit of work, but overall, at least for the room i have, it is very spacious and I don’t feel as claustrophobic as I usually do in motel/hotel rooms.
What I love most is that I feel very safe and comfortable here, enough to allow my toddler son to go outside to play. Other guest around us are very friendly, and the kids a few doors down plays with my son. I’m very happy he’s able to have friends and be active outside in a safe environment”

“I've been here before for dinner. This is my first stay here. Excellent rooms great services.

I had a little trouble booking my restaurant reservations but after talking to Jay he got us in at a perfect spot of 5:30 for my anniversary day.

I will totally recommend food, atmosphere and personal service

“We stayed at Home2 Suites a few days ago and there was a mixup initially with our reservation (accidentally booked a room for the following week). Thankfully Keely and Khristina were a great help in getting us a room quickly so we didn’t have to scramble and book a room at another hotel on a moments notice given it’s near Memorial Day and a lot of places were booked. The rooms were nice and we were able to get a suite with a full-size refrigerator and microwave (bonus!). I’d recommend staying here if traveling through Buffalo since it’s conveniently located near I-90 and a lot of shopping/food, etc.”

“Had a nice stay each time I visited... The large rooms are much quieter and more comfortable... The standing tile showers are nice... The entire place has a vintage feel... Looks like they are doing some renovations... Would go back again...”

It must have been worse, but it’s getting better if you read a lot of negative reviews from the past.

Sure, it’s not a 4 star hotel with spotless pristine rooms - they’ve seen mileage, they’re rough around the edges.

But everything is clean. Couple stains, couple old scuffs, it happens. But everything has been washed.

When I arrived in my room, the A/C wasn’t working. Instead of fearing the worst or demanding an immediate refund, I asked a staff member in the hallway and they promptly came in and investigated. Turns out a previous tenant had pulled a knob off inside and it popped back in and works great. Danger averted by the great friendly staff.

Gonna have a BBQ out back here shortly, with the blessing of the staff (not too close to the hotel as requested) and enjoy a good nights sleep before heading out tomorrow.

Would 100% stay here again. Great value. Not for little kids or snooty wives. Take them to a place with a waterslide and spend 4x as much.”
