“Hands down the best and most caring jeweler I've ever met! My engagement ring kept losing diamonds. It was a design that had the sides of the diamonds exposed, and I am a person that wears my ring almost constantly and I am also very active and clumsy 😅. So I would constantly whack my hand on something and lose a diamond. One day when I went in to drop my ring off to be fixed again, Andrew was there and overheard us talking. He came over looked at my ring and told me he would personally design and make me a whole new ring so this wouldn't happen again free of charge! Honestly, where else would you find that kind of care for their products and clients. I was blown away by that gesture!
