“I called to inquire if they had a particular glass shade for a Fenton Hobnail Lamp and they assured me that they me that they have them. I packed up my lamp and drove right over. Very pleasant, caring and knowledgeable team. They unwrapped my lamp and provided a replacement and without asking he tightened the bulb receptacle and repaired the cord to eliminate the damage and replace a new plug. All this in less than 30 minutes. Great people, very helpful, great integrity and skills. Go visit you won't be disappointed in their inventory or assistance. “What started out as a great experience ended in almost a terrible one. I’ve been here for 2 hrs without the ring I purchased through Acima. We had to call them 4 times because they kept screwing up and ended up telling me I had to cancel the lease and try another time. I already spent the $76 initial payment and didn’t have another $76 to spend to start the lease all over again. As I was crying and about to leave with no ring no nothing, Abbi told me do the Acima lease again. I told him I trust you I just don’t trust Acima!!! They already took my money I signed their stupid contract 4 times and nothing. He said try again I’ll cash app you $80. He did as was promised and dropped my ring price down even more on top of that! WITH the warranty too! This customer service is absolutely exceptional, they will go above and beyond for you. Abbi , Sage and Olivia, all did so much for me today!!! Come to Mandati Jewelers!!! “I have an inexpensive watch that needed a new watch band, but the width is unusually narrow. Brought it here, and they had a few bands for me to choose from, where a few other stores had nothing at all. Don't know the man's name, but as others have noted, I wasn't rushed, he was very patient, and, in the end did me a big favor. As a result of such outstanding customer service, I will go back, with an antique necklace that is missing a stone and I haven't been able to find one to match. I don't know what the other customer in the store bought, something in a small box, but the festive wrapping job the female employee did was first class! Concern: This section of Main St has almost no businesses any more, not in the mall, nor on the street (even the dollar store, CVS and Rite Aid have left). They're not certain how much longer they'll be able to stay in business due to the lack of foot traffic without other businesses nearby and with so many workers now working from home. Please patronize them before it is too late!”
