Had an online order damaged upon pick up after Black Friday. Josh and John worked with me to get a new one in and honor the same price, including calling me when a replacement became available. Excellent customer service, I will be a returning customer.

I had an issue with an item purchased online for pick-up after business hours. Josh, the manager, and his team were professional, helpful, and expedient. The problem has handled immediately. This kind of customer service is no longer common practice and I appreciate their efforts.

Love this store. They have everything that you may need. If you haven't already visited them, then you must stop by. You'll be hooked for sure. Great people and an amazing selection of items. Don't be fooled by all of the stand by stores. You can find all of the items and gifts for others here.
