“I visited the Buffalo location on Great Arrow. My experience was over the top! The reason I stopped by, was to purchase more of the dog bones that my dog just loves. My five star rating is not just because the Dog treats are great, but the personal customer service and attention that I received while on site. How I was treated, honestly, was unexpected. He pointed me to the exact type product I was looking for and answered all of my questions. We chatted about our dogs and he showed me around the store. I would highly recommend this business.”
“Not all pet stores are made the same. Had the pleasure of speaking with the manager, Melissa about my saltwater fish, cat, and dogs. It's amazing the complexity that our hats have between their personalities, eating habits and general behavior.
It was refreshing to have someone walk around the store and answer a bunch of random questions that you've been curious about, that you can't seem to find any direct answers on the internet. Experience most definitely matters in so many aspects in life. And it certainly does when it comes to this Petco location.
The store was easy to navigate.The floors were clean and the rest of the staff was also attentive. It's refreshing to go to a store especially when they're so few, that understand the importance and value and impact of customer service on their customers.

“It's a Tractor Supply store, so not fancy or very big, but it probably has what you're shopping for, has a vet clinic some evenings, and has polite staff. It has a fairly large pet and garden supplies section. The baby chickens are cute and look healthy.”

“We took our 1yr old Australian Shepherd Maple into the beginner training class. We were skeptical at first, but decided to give it a shot. We are SO extremely glad we went through with this! Our trainer (Daisy R) is simply the BEST. Maple is not an easy dog and Daisy was so kind and informative every week. Maple graduated the beginner class today, and we are so impressed with the results! Daisy met the needs of each dog in the class on an individual level and provided Maple (and us) everything needed to succeed! We are so excited to sign up for the following higher level classes! I would 100% recommend Daisy’s classes to anyone!”
