“We had a chicken get hurt, and this was the only place that would look at her. They fit us in the next day. Everybody there is so kind and compassionate. Our chicken had to go in for the day. When we brought her in, Helen (vet tech) worked with my daughter to reassure her that her chicken would be comfortable there. Later that day, we found out that we were going to have to put her down. While we were there, Helen had popped in and told us that she had given my daughter's chicken treats throughout the day. I can't explain what that meant to us. Dr. Hess stayed and answered our questions, so we knew there wasn't anything else we could realistically do to save her. On top of their amazing staff, their prices were not as much as I expected.”

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in my time of need and were quick to lend a hand. They provided my little quaker parrot Jackie with the most attentive and tender care I could ever ask for with professionalism that made me confident that he’d be ok. I unfortunately had to keep him here for 2 nights due to his condition but fortunately I had Dr.Wade who kept me updated the entire time, even after hours, and ensured Jackie was as comfortable and nourished as possible. She was awesome, super friendly, and knowledgeable. The pricing on everything wasn’t bad at all, it was clearly communicated with me and worth every penny because my little guy is doing so much better. “I was visiting from AZ and my mini-woodle had terrible itching with scabs and an ulcer on the ear flap. When I called and left a message, the office called me immediately and got her in a few hours later. Dr Ross explained everything he found and thank goodness it was just allergies. He suggested solutions for her itching and put a long lasting med on her ear ulcer. Everyone at this office was very kind and professional. I would and will go back if she still has problems.
