BJ's Wholesale Club is a club store where members must often buy items in large quantities. The store is always clean and organized, with many new and seasonal items, a very good deli, and a good bakery. Many customers report an overall positive experience with good deals. Employees are generally nice, and the store offers convenient self-checkouts and a super convenient app. The business provides designated shopping hours for Members age 60+ and for First Responders. However, some find the location out of the way, with difficult access roads. Criticisms include carts left outside in bad weather, loud music, aggressive phone salespeople, frequent unavailability of coupon items and roasted chickens, and long lines due to limited self-checkouts and sometimes only one or no cashiers. The service desk can be slow, especially with new members, and the receipt check process can cause delays. Experiences with individual employees, such as at the gas station, can sometimes be negative due to rude behavior.
Great people and prices, only thing holding me back from giving them 5 stars is last trip I needed to use the restroom and it was in dier need of updating. We pay alot to be members, you would think BJs could invest in their facilities.

Great place to shop when I need to stock up. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Cheaper gas as well at their station.
