“We stayed here during our son’s recent surgery. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They really help ease the stress for caregivers with children in the hospital. We were glad to have the option to stay here.”

“I volunteered for the Food Bank of Central New York over the summer and they are doing a very nice job with their Mobile Food Bank. They had us volunteers in Parish, NY at the local firehouse and we had a great big line of cars waiting for us to hand out the food boxes. The people really appreciated the food banks services.”
“The owner was so nice. I'm thankful for being able to give one of those beautiful bunnies a home away from home.It was so clean and organized too. Love, love, love.”

“I love everyone at the American Red Cross. These are the best people in CNY. We are hosting 3 blood drives in December for the Red Cross on 12/17, 12/24, and 12/30 at the Dewitt Community Church and Northeast Medical on Christmas Eve. The code for our drive is DEWITTCC and NEMED. I encourage everyone to download the Red Cross blood app, call 1-800 RED CROSS, or visit REDCROSSBLOOD.org. Thank god for everyone at the Red Cross. We post our blood drives on Bottles For A Cure on Facebook. Thank you to everyone who donates blood regularly, and thank you to the wonderful people at the Red Cross in Liverpool. We all love and admire you so much! I encourage people every day to please donate blood to help cancer patients and people battling COVID-19. The American Red Cross has a wonderful staff and team that make you feel like family.”

“PEACE has been a lifesaver for our family, which includes a 78 disabled veteran and his 72 year old wife. Our utility bills are down significantly, the house feels more snug and the quality of our lives has improved in general.About their workers: We had five different people here working on a variety of weaknesses in out home and they were all very polite, professional, and we were comfortable with having them in our home.Thank you PEACE for making our lives better.”
“My one bad experience: We adopted another dog, Carl, back in 2021. I brought in 80 LBS of dog food for donation. I carried them in and asked one of the roving employees where I take this food to drop off. The employee looks at me, scoffs, and proceeds to shout to the receptionist, "Hey, did we get that check for 1.5 million dollars in today from such-n-such foundation?" Then proceeds to just walk away. This takes up way too much mental real estate for some reason. They do an amazing job of saving dogs from kill shelters down south. They rehab dogs into fosters to acclimate and gauge behavior before being allowed to adopt, which I believe is a whole lot better for the puppers. We adopted Stuart (formerly Chevy) from here, and have been loving every minute with him!”
“I'm not sure what I want to say about Accesscny ..I have worked there over 30 years .So I must love it ..Its a wonderful place to work .We are a family there ..We have helped and nurture many families. We have helped many children ,adults with challenges. You ask why am I'm not sure how to rate it, is because we are closing our pre school which I've been a part of for those 30 years .My heart is broken just knowing this amazing place wont be helping children on the pre school part of Accesscny ...I can only hope that Accesscny continues to help many adults in our community”
“My daughter might possibly start volunteering at this location to help take care of rescued horses and ponies. They do alot to care for and protect these animals. Alot of volunteers are here in different shifts to care for them”
