“On Sunday we attempted to assemble our new bed frame from A Bright Furniture. After several attempts we decided to make a phone call to the store even though they were closed. To our surprised Dawn Marie picked up (from her home) and gave us detailed instructions about assembly through FaceTime. She was very patient and very kind. She walked us through each step. “In December we bought two couches couple in tables and recliner and a loveseat our salesperson was Marie we felt she went out of our way to find us a matching couch and end tables we got it the week before Christmas moved into our new home it was perfect and then we had a little problem with the couch squeaking and the recliner making a kind of an odd noise I called the store it was quickly taken care of they ordered us a new couch and another recliner no questions asked I thought they would just repair it you can't get any better service than that.I own the business for 35 years customer service was always the name of the game I would recommend these folks to anybody”

“I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service at Ashley Furniture! I stopped in to look at mattresses. Willis Prewitt, my salesman, listened to what I needed and showed me mattresses that fit the bill and were within my budget. He did not try to sell me things that would take me over budget, nor did he try to sell me all kinds of bells and whistles. He had an excellent understanding of the products at the store. He had plenty of patience as I tried every mattress way too many times. I was so glad that he wasn’t pushy! I would highly recommend this store, and Willis Prewitt!”
“I purchased a beautiful secretary from Irene a few months back, and a lovely antique floor lamp a few years ago as well. Her selection is wonderful, and her prices are very fair. She is a pleasure to talk with, having much knowledge and being I can talk forever, time could easily vanish in conversation with her.I cannot say enough about my experience. She has a very large building filled with lovely things. But I don't always have a way to make it out to her place, being dependent on other's due to an inability to drive any longer. “I had foot stool reupholstered by Toni. this foot stool had belonged to my parents and has been redone twice over the years. I wanted someone local near Syracuse to redo it. I found Wicker World ion Factiry Road in Cicero, NY. They replaced the old batting rebuilt the sides and put a new pad on it, they even touched up the legs. it's beautiful and has many more years to it now. Thank you Toni for the restore.”

“You can always depend on the local company!! We have an office in TX that does most of our graphic work and ordering. We recently needed some print materials for a presentation here in Syracuse, when the "national" company couldn't get us the work on time and it was stuck in transit, Just the Right Stuff came in just in time!! They were able to turn our order around in no time. I called, immediately got a receptionist, not a recording, explained our situation and that we were desperate and they said no problem!! In a previous career I would see their crew installing on college campuses and business offices and they were the nicest guys on the job sites. “This location would be considered my "local" Target store. My wife and I visit here frequently to get baby food for our son. We have found that they have the best deals when it comes to pricing on baby formula and diapers. The main reason for this being that they offer "buy 2 or 3 and get $X gift card" type scenarios on all the products we buy on a fairly regular basis. The staff here is always very helpful and the managers are equally helpful. We had a situation one time where the store was continually out of the formula we buy. We alerted the manager of this issue and she not only gave us non-expiring coupons toward anything in the store, but she also put in a request for the store to be able to have more of the product on hand at any given time so that we wouldn't run into the issue again. We came into the store and sure enough, there were 4 formulas available :) Good job Target.”

“This target is always well stocked, clean and lots of staff. Offers multiple self checkout but also always staff on regular checkout lanes too. Starbucks in store and also a mini food mart to buy popcorn, hot dogs or pretzels etc. Who doesnt love target!?”
