“I came here on a Tuesday night around 7 pm and was pleasantly surprised with the fact that it wasn't too busy.
Our first stop was to get gas and any Costco that has a gas station gets automatic brownie points.
Unlike many Costco locations in Canada, we didn't struggle to find a spot to sit and eat. The place was also cleaner than most locations and staff were very friendly and responsive when we asked for assistance (e.g. when I let an employee know that the napkin dispensers were empty, he promptly came out to fill them).
We ordered a hot dog (with complimentary fountain drink), pepperoni slice, Caesar salad, chicken bake, and fruit smoothie, all of which tasted great and was at good temperature when the order was received.
The warehouse itself was also quite clean with organized and spacious aisles.
An employee collecting carts was friendly and came over to collect our cart at our car when we finished unpacking and wished us a goodnight. All on all, a great Costco run at this location.”

I've had a few issues with my 2014 Volvo XC60. They were very friendly, helpful. Something I worry about dealing with shops is being taken advantage of or overcharged for some things that I don't understand. THAT IS NOT THIS SHOP!! Very honest and fair. “I highly recommend coming to this gas station as it is easily accessible right off the highway. Their friendly staff and clean environment makes you want to return for more. The store is nicely setup with a walking cooler with plenty and stocked up options of drinks to choose from. Addition to that, their bathroom is always clean. I can’t wait for them to add their new deli for my on to go hot foods. I make frequent trips to Ottawa, Canada, and this store is almost halfway through for me which makes it even more convenient to make one stop and get everything i could need for the road ahead of me.”

“Easy access to fuel to keep you motoring down the thruway. You wouldn't come here unless you were already on the thruway, but the gas price was the same as off the immediately preceding exit unlike most thruway stations that are 20-30 cents higher.”
“Extremely fair pricing and doesn’t try to oversell you. The longest I’ve had to wait to get in for an acute issue has been a couple of days (but takes appointments in advance for planned repairs or services). Also love that I can drop off my car and come back later when repairs are done. Would absolutely recommend!!”

“I work here! Since March 2020 I can tell you from day 1 Kwikfill United Refining Co has been a pleasure to associate with. Great people inside and out. I love my coworkers and everyone we service, I wish to make each person’s day a bit better however I can (that’s my job)! We offer full service gas pumping and sometimes window cleaning, fetching your items, checking tire pressure, etc. Honestly, what has kept me here for over a year is the customers “our house visitors”!
