“A good old fashioned family owned building and supply store. I gave up on the big box stores because White's lumber quality and selectivity is definitely better and service is great. And last time I compared, prices were actually slightly lower on the majority of items.”
“Purchased lumber. Everyone inside and out in the yard was so kind and helpful. The definition of customer service. Evan in the yard, checked each board and we got the best of the best. He helped us load it in the truck and cut it and load it again. Highly recommend WIBS. I've been buying things there for many years and have never been disappointed with service or quality of materials.”
“Except for the anti-masker anti-vax person in line it was a great experience. Obviously that comment was from 2020
Latest visit June 2026 looked like most items were in stock however I was disappointed when nobody assisted us seniors trying to carry a box with a lawn mower in it to the till. There were at least two staff that saw us.”

“I come here every year when visiting and I am always impressed. Today I had a very special request that they were able to accommodate very quickly and perfectly Huge thanks to Scott who was awesome and just wanted to help me and my family. Great place and staff. Highly recommend and I will be back.”
