The Wooden Boat Inn is a beautiful, cozy, and cute little motel in the heart of Clayton, described as a gem and the best in town. It features uniquely themed rooms, including a Schitt’s Creek-themed room that is iconic, hilarious, and full of chaotic glamour, and another cool room with a bee theme and a record player. The inn is clean, quiet, comfortable, and very comfy. The owner provides amazing customer service, great hospitality, and is a wealth of knowledge, creating a calming and welcoming space. Thoughtful touches include a complimentary coffee and tea setup, snacks, and useful items like umbrellas and sunscreen. The property offers a charming outdoor patio and courtyard with a firepit, a fantastic place to relax. It is perfectly located, walkable to the main strip, several restaurants, a fun little bar, and the playground, making it an ideal spot for enjoying the 1000 Islands. The check-in process is simple with keyless entry. Guests find it an absolutely amazing and transcendent place to stay.
