Visited Joe Cars LLC on a Saturday to sell my car. Initially, Joe verbally offered $800, and I accepted the offer. He instructed me to return during the week to complete the title transfer. However, when I came back just over a week later, he asked, "how much did we say?" I replied confidently, "$800." To my surprise, he appeared skeptical and claimed that it was only $700. I didn't want to argue over $100, as it wasn't a significant amount for me and is quite laughable considering my fortunate financial situation. My decision to sell the car was primarily because I didn't need it and it was in the way.I value honesty and integrity, and I would never lie about $100. Joe's doubt in my honesty left me feeling insulted and disappointed. I had been upfront about the oil leak issue from the start, so his reasoning didn't align with the facts I provided.This experience has made me question the integrity of this business. I should have paid more attention to the reviews beforehand, but I wanted to give Joe Cars LLC a fair chance. Unfortunately, it seems that their business practices may not be entirely above board. I regret not trusting my initial instincts and avoiding this place altogether. Nothing to do with money, as I value my character above all else and regret not walking away purely for that reason alone.

He sold my wife a jeep and told her everything was good drive it for a couple months to find out the radiator was bad and he tried to charge her so much money to get it fixed!!!! Now fast forward to her getting the problem fixed now there is another PROBELM he used the jeep as his personal vehicle and didn’t reset the car so everything was connected to his phone and everywhere he went the jeep is nice but we are having so many problems with it

My experience with Joe mirrors another person experience. I test drove it in the summer so I didn’t know until not even two months later, snow falls. With less than an inch of snow my car propels down hill, as i pressed my brakes they stutter and do nothing. As I try to drive the car uphill, it slides down on its own. I am terrified, I park it and call joe and ask him to take a look. He says he can’t send anyone and I need to get it to the shop, I do. He shows up with his kid, which now I know he’s not going to look at my car. He laughs at me, giggles and shrugs and says he can’t check it because it’s passed thirty days. The car is five times its blue book value, one side of the vents work and it’s actually recalled and when I asked for the money back he laughed. He shrugged and giggled. Very shady and unprofessional. Oh his mechanic is his brother in law whom actually had no mechanic skills whatsoever, they just hired in the family.

Joe and Brenda are really friendly and no pressure sales people. Let me test drive the car and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Financed in house for $800.00 down and $75.00 a week am overall satisfied with my purchase. Would definitely recommend and purchase from again the future.
