Usually, it's been when someone is stocking right where I am looking, weighing the choices. Over in wine, where I have no clue, I've wandered the rows and have never been asked. No one has ever approached me as I go back and forth, consulting the interwebs and looking generally confused. There's almost always three or four people in the wine side stocking. Usually, I've found wine stores love to ask questions, try to upsell and "show off" their knowledge of varietals and vineyards, almost to the point of smothering you.Would appreciate a little more focus on getting and offering help.”

“I've been going to Jack's for several years and think it is a great local liquor store. It's a family owned local business which I think is great. They have a good wine selection and various liquors. But not so many choices that I was overwhelmed. The owner is very knowledgeable about the wines and helped me find a great wine for my wife.”

“Brock, You are right on one point , the friendliest staff around, ty for that compliment. As far as prices go, we beat most stores our size and price close to or better then the local warehouse. Not sure if you have ever run a business, for example, Walmart is cheaper then a small mom and pop grocery store. So if your looking to save a dollar and don't mind a 20 minute drive may I suggest Empire Liquors in Albany. We have been in business for 8 years and going strong. See you on your next visit!
