Made an appointment at the Clifton Park store to switch out a cell phone with a cracked screen. We were seen right on time, Donald helped us; he was very nice. It was an easy, smooth transaction and we were on our way in no time with a new phone. Mission accomplished with no aggravation!

I use spectrum for everything and have never had good customer service in the Clifton park store. Not helpful when I needed a new phone and was ready to move on.. you need better customer service who are helpful! I need a new phone now and and wonder if I should go to Apple Store..
