went to purchase a deal shown on the spectrum website for a google pixel pro cell phone.. showed add to customer service rep, he returned said here it is so I purchased what i thought to be 9pro model. Ordered 2 cases online for 9 pro model neither fit the phone. So I looked at the google phone box and in small print says model 9a not 9 pro. So, now i have to go back to the store and waste more time with incompetent people.

3 people here and only 1 helping customers. The other 2 look at us and go in the back room
They step out occasionally and look at us and disappear in the back again. Totally ridiculous. I rate this place a big 0.

Shariz went above and beyond helping us to switch our cell phones from Boost Mobile and lowering our internet cost. You ever meet someone and just know that they are real, honest, and caring? That's Shariz!

Dispatch room store is 146 Clifton. Country mall and uh, cigarette roand 87 North exit 9 I would highly recommend it. We go there for Problems with the phones, you can also buy phones there. You can get remotes for your your your t. V. If you have spectrum, you can get phones, you can get cables. We're like on a Sunday around say about 1 o'clock. The place was dead. I mean, we were in and out and like 10 minutes. I mean any other place you would have to wait 2 hours. Check it out. We did the end.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Bonnie at Clifton Park Spectrum!! I wanted to see about adding a mobile line to my internet plan and she took great care in breaking down my options, taking the time to answer all my questions, and going over different scenarios for me. I had complications from my previous mobile carrier company that gave me lots of frustration but every interaction with Bonnie and spectrum was a breeze! I highly recommend reaching out to her and making appointment for any Internet/mobile/tv needs, you’ll probably end up with a better deal than you thought you could get!

The lady was pushing me out of the store. During normal business time. I had to stand my ground for to help me transfer my new phone I just bought from them. And she gave me the wrong color phone. And would not replace it with the correct color.

Horrible way for spectrum to do things. I wanted to exchange my box as it was not working properly. I signed in and it takes forever to get called. They literally had 3 people working and 15 people waiting. If people want to upgrade their packages they should call spectrum and do it over the phone. It should be a policy. The store should be to return, replace and purchase not make people wait forever as people come in to upgrade packages. Ridiculous. 🤦

Worst customer service. I already have all their services, came in to the store to simply buy a phone case and the staff are completely unhelpful. Could not multitask, made everyone with simple requests wait behind people buying brand new service and phones. As a former AT&T store employee I can say this not industry standard. Staff was uncaring and made passive-aggressive remarks about making me wait. I'd avoid this store and every other Spectrum store location that engages in this behavior.

I have been to the Clifton Park Spectrum store a number of times, and the service has been great. Lucas Hyslop in particular has been very kind and helpful in assisting me with changes to my account and suggesting better services. He is a great asset to Spectrum.

Bring water and a snack you're going to be here for a long long long time. Staff moves at a snail pace. I tried working online and having a tech come to my house but they blame the router and the router company blames Spectrum and I remain an unsatisfied customer with intermittent internet access ....as they try to talk me into buying a cell phone from them.... OMG
