“So my son and I were looking for freeze dried skittles and we went to target and they didn’t have them so then we went to 5 below thinking we wasted our time coming to New Hartford but when we walked into 5 below we found them thanks to amazing customer service! “I love the bargains. It's a nice store. But there were 2 workers standing around chatting it up with one that was going home for the day. Then, one of them started fixing the balloons, and there was a line on one register. They didn't jump on to get rid of the line. I enjoy getting in and out. I'm sure they do too when they're customers.They disappeared into the back. Shaking my head.Customer service has to come first in every business! That's what I learned in my working years. Work ethic has to be better!”
