“The store was very nice with lots of options. Our sales rep Jacob was very knowledgeable and helpful. We probably tried out every Beatyrest mattress they had and Jacob was able to tell us the differences for each one. Overall we weren't there very long, the checkout and delivery schedule process was quick and smooth.
We also received a lot of discounts and deals. Very satisfied with our picks, and what we paid for our new mattress, adjustable base, and bed set!”
“Beriah was absolutely professional and customer focused. He walked me through everything I need to know for setting up my bed when it comes. I would highly recommend this New Hartford store to anyone looking for one of these beds. I have wanted a Sleep Number Bed for years and cannot wait to experience it!”
“What a beautiful store! If you can’t find it here you’ll never find it anywhere else! The owner Christine, is so very help and sweet. Stop in to say hello and I guarantee you’ll want to shop! Just a wonderful store just for us ladies!”

“I love this store! They have everything I love, a wide variety, the store is clean, the employees are friendly. I love that I can find things there that I don't see in other stores.”
“Excellent service! They went above and beyond to resolve an issue I encountered at a different AT&T store. They were also friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend and return to this store.”
