“Me and my beloved are New comers to royal ledges and this will be our first renting experience but from the very beginning tanner made us feel right at home and we haven’t even moved in yet. They say first impressions last way beyond the moment. Then you can consider me impressed. From the transparency in the phone calls down to the Hyde park history lesson during the walk through, we felt part of the community. although he was our first and only interaction on the property. It was the only interaction needed to take the cake. He is willing to help every step of the way. I’d say it was a true human experience in a world of people just doing their “jobs”. Tanner makes an effort to give you a breath of fresh air. Thanks again we appreciate the time you take and the over all vibe extended.”
“Their BEC always hit the spot. Taters with peppers are on point. Saw them cooking up some black beans for later and I'm def gonna have to go back for some rice n beans etc. Can't beat a BEC on a roll with hashbeebs and hot sawce?????”

The answer is that its management are proud business people.; They offer the lowest gasoline price in the area, and want everyone to know. that they are the best place to patronize. Even if you don't purchase gas at this station they benefit you by giving you a benchmark to determine the right price for fuel.”
“As far as gas stations go, this is one of my favorites. Prices are usually lower than most. A nice family run deli is inside, which has great food, a nice local hometown, and a big name station.”
“The owners did a fantastic job revamping this site, and the beer fridge has an excellent selection of craft and macro beers. And the rest of the convenience store/deli is also bright, clean, and has tables if you want to sit down and eat on-site. Pretty sure the gas prices are the lowest of any station within 15-20 minutes, too.”
“Good price and gas my car runs much better when I go there and when I go somewhere else I get much more mileage to the gallon very nice people who run on the gas station go by there on my way to and from work so very convenient for me”

He not only sold me a battery but after hearing my sad story, gave me a jump with his personal car & referred me to another Angel at the Gulf station down the block right on Main Street. “The shop in Wallkill is coming along. Lamine has a great team starting. The store is looking good. All employees are very friendly for the exception of one young girl there who doesn't seem to know what she's doing but overall, the other employees there are very pleasant and helpful. I have to mention CHAD, Vivian and Katherine are very helpful to the elder costumers. I have seen them help them with their bags and take them to their cars, that tells something about a person. Great job!”

“It is a little tricky getting into the parking lot with all of the traffic, and there are only a couple spots specifically for the gas station. The options in the store (snacks, drinks, etc) are fine, and I never leave upset they didn't have what I wanted!Currently, they do not accept EBT, which is a shame, but other than that / the parking lot, pretty good gas station!”
“After using this company several times in the past, I should have known to go with them again. I needed a delivery today but Payless initially couldn't. I called another company. They came early this morning and couldn't wait 5 minutes for payment. Left me with no oil. I called Payless. There were there this afternoon. I will be just using Payless from here on out.”

“Loving the $9.99 unlimited wash for a month plus free vacuum and with 2 brand new 2022 Hyundai's it's a real blessing. Staff is great, very respectful and you don't see that much these days. Unfortunately with this present economy and a lame president we can't afford $49 for the 2 cars. We will becoming periodically over time. I would like it if the vacuum stayed on a few minutes more but hey it's free for now lol Thank you”
