“Had a check engine light come on, called them up to make an appointment and they said I can bring my truck in right away. They scanned it and had the parts available. Also did a checkup and found worn wheel bearings. And fixed that too. All this was done and I picked it up the next day. Fast and speedy service. Now I'm on the road again.”
“Ok. So handsome frank held the door open for me, then proceeded to approach the counter where I was being served by jolly James. This place is great. I was in and out in less than 3 mins. I had a broken bulb for a taillight in a sandwich baggie. And frank knew right away what and where it was. Grabbed it for me and it was a cash transaction so James had me mosey on over to the last register. But the atmosphere was friendly and easy going, being a woman and not knowing anything about cars or their parts? I was not made to feel uncomfortable or uneducated and that's nice. Definitely service with smiles and kindness. Don't seem like much these days....but to me? It's everything.”

“We had one of our trucks break down on the side of RT88 near Cobleskill NY. I called the local Napa and spoke to Dustin, he had the air line compression fitting in stock that we needed, I paid him over the phone with my credit card and he delivered the part to my driver so he could make the necessary repair to get back on the road. Dustin saved the day, excellent product knowledge and customer service!!!!!!!!!!”
