“I called Felthousen’s florist on 12/24/25@ approx. 10:15 am, and spoke with an extremely patient and kind employee, Mark. ( calling from Sarasota, Florida). I explained to him what I was looking for ,and he suggested , “The Holiday Shimmering, Centerpiece”. The recipients received the centerpiece by 1 pm! I have dealt with many florists, and this florist outshines the others ten times over. The centerpiece is absolutely stunning!!. The recipients were truly so happy and overjoyed! This florist did not disappoint. I will definitely be doing business with Felthousen Florist again! On a scale of 1-10, I rate them a 25! Outstanding service in everyway!!!! Thank you, Marcia Sawyer”
“Really great experience. Easy to place the order, thorough with details, and friendly customer service. The white roses were excellent quality and the service was top notch. The designer selected the perfect vase for the occasion, both aesthetic and practical. The person who received the flowers told me that the delivery person was very nice and helpful. This was a custom, specific, unique order... and yet they were perfectly accommodating and sweet. Would recommend. = ]”
“First time using the new location. Very easy to order online. My delivery couldn’t be completed because my recipient wasn’t home and they were very communicative with me. They attempted to contact her to no avail but we ended up getting it all set. The flowers were absolutely beautiful for the cost and looked like what I had ordered. “Look no further for the best florist in the area — On is absolutely extraordinary at what he does. Flowers were not something I had a strong vision for, but I did know I didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg. My husband and I came to him with a Pinterest board and a budget, and On absolutely exceeded every expectation.
He stretched our budget to make sure every space was covered without ever pressuring us to invest more. When he brought the bouquets into the bridal suite, our jaws dropped. The pieces he created were funky, creative, and just overall so cool.
Beyond traveling to Lake Placid for us and exceeding expectations in every way, On is incredible to work with and a true artist. He is fun, kind, and truly understands the assignment. Could not recommend him more. Thank you, On and team!

“I rarely leave reviews but Tammy and Pawling Flowers made it worth leaving one. I had ordered flowers from one of the national floral delivery routing services (which was obviously my first mistake) and they failed to deliver - literally and figuratively. I called Tammy after 5pm in the evening and explained my situation. She was empathetic and objectively one of the most upbeat and cheerful people I've ever spoken to. We agreed on a style, price point and delivery date for the following day. The arrangement arrived, the recipient was thrilled with the result and all was made right. I've learned my lesson and will obviously be using Tammy and Pawling for my future floral orders and can't recommend them more highly.”

I sent many reference images and they asked careful questions to understand my vision. During an in person consultation they took me around the store to show me different options and see what I liked and didn’t like. I was so happy when I saw the final result, it was exactly as I was picturing it in my mind.”
