“This is going to be long but I have to include everything lol..I went to every Petsmart and Petco looking for rats because I was interested in getting a couple. I lost my dog March 24th of last year and it broke me mentally. He went from 10 years old, looking 5 years old, to heart disease and death 9 months after diagnosis. I would watch him on my camera at work and coach him through his episodes of syncope, and he would sit by the camera and listen to me.Anyway, I started talking to Shannon about the different small animals and thankfully I mentioned rats because she said "we have two in the back". I immediately wanted them and I left the store already in communication with someone selling a cage, ordered things from Amazon, and 24 hours later here they are! I'm going to include pics. They seem comfortable but hesitant. They're eating and drinking (the one with the crooked tail is so brave) lol.Lastly, aside from Shannon I spoke to Alanna who is a great person and truly cares about animals the way I do. She could be the face of Petsmart. She's so knowledgeable and I left there so confident because of her advice. I have a feeling this will be a rotating door of rats due to their short life, but it's okay.I want to show you guys what I came up with overnight because people, it took very little effort to make this happen and I'm nowhere near finished so don't go trying to get any type of animal without being prepared because it's really not that hard, it's about YOU. Okay I'm done...here's pics of my little guy that I miss so much, the cage, and the little pocket puppies.”

“I've been to PetPort a number of times and have had the same experience every time. The employees are friendly and personable. They are open late and in my case they carry a very popular brand of cat toy. The "yeow" brand of catnip cat toys are some of the best catnip toys on the market. They are hard to find at chain pet stores like PetSmart and petco, but PetPort always has them. Shopping was quick and easy. Give them a visit you will not be disappointed.”

“We get our dog bathed here. They're excellent. It's a little more expensive than Petco, but they do a much better job. Baths seem to last longer. The dog doesn't seem to get stinky as quickly. They're really good about treating any sensitive spots in his skin.”

“The employees here are so friendly and nice! I’ve just recently gotten into fish keeping, and was able to get everything I needed to get started for a pretty fair price. The fish we’ve gotten have shown to be hardy and happy, and get along well! I’ve had fish as a kid to no avail, but lots of their aquatic inventory seem pretty happy and healthy. If you think you will be a frequent, I would recommend signing up for their rewards program. I’ve only been in a few times and it has already saved me a good amount of money on supplies. Thank you!”

“I learned about Cornucopia like many via Shark Tank. I have used it on my female later in her life. Now, I started on it with my boy (full bred, Vizsla). I love the food. It is expensive but it is high quality, human grade, organic. You can tell -- it does not stink (well the fish smells like fish). But, there are many nice flavors and it has pumpkin. I am a big fan. I have never had any issue with customer service. This is more a family owned business not a big company so I don't expect all the same big company things. I love that I actually talk to someone processing my order who knows about the food. They have always been super helpful and they have sent me bonus thank yous like the nice freeze dried treats and copies of articles and ads by Dr. B in natural health magazines. I have been a loyal customer and remain so. I am real happy and my boy looks GREAT and gets compliments all the time. I do supplement with the products they have as well as fresh food and other items. I like them a lot. I don't know about the negative reviews on here. I just think they are a family business. The food is made and packed in batches actually in my state. So, yes, they have production runs. I see that as positive. Overall, I say give them a shot!”

Some were so expensive it felt overwhelming and like we were buying a house, not a waterfall. Another two companies kept telling us they would get back to us and never did. He was professional, polite and cared about what we wanted. When we first met Darian, he was on time, knowledgeable, caring, and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need, but gave us great ideas we never thought of. Darian didn't just listened to what we wanted, but the way we wanted it. We agreed on a very reasonable price, set a starting date and a few days later, we met Darian's staff, Phil and Andrew. When they first introduced themselves, they were on time, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and they took great care in the vision we wanted. They shared some great ideas and we were so confident in what they were doing. We saw they had such a passion and loved what they did, so we just let them create it. What a beautiful creation they made! They went above and beyond and it shows. All through the project, Darian always kept in touch, answered all our questions and always sent us a text message to let us know what time the workers would be arriving and even stopping by to make sure everything was going smoothly and it did. The whole process was stress free and unbelievably true. We, our family and friends all love it in the day and night!! “I love Victoria I was actually there the day that unfortunately lucky paws called called the police on a client for pushing the groomer and harassing her and threatening her -poor gal, terrible how some people behave. It was only because of her kindness that the people were not arrested. She didn’t press charges she just wanted to be paid for her amazing work. The dog looked beautiful and white and she is an amazing groomer . The lady that used to own the salon was terrible and the only reason my friend came here was because of her cheap prices her grooming was horrible, and the place was filthy, with bird droppings everywhere. “We love this place, the bully sticks and dehydrated raw treats are in open bins so my puppy can help pick one out. Each time we're there we're the only dog inside so it's not overwhelming for the puppy. Our was $10 cheaper than Amazon - love to patronize a local shop! :) It's also right next to Blue Line Deli for human breakfast.”

“Very happy with The Aquarium Shop. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff there to help advise you. The place is immaculate and they are careful and concerned with the health and well being of the fish. They offer computerized water testing if you bring in a water sample, which tests many parameters of your water and not just the Ph level. I feel they are way above other shops we've been to.When we first started to keep fish we tried the big box storeswhich were useless and frustrating with no help in the fish dep't.Some of the small shops are not as well kept as we experiencedsome diseases that spread to the other fish in our tank.Very happy we found this place!Here's "The Grey Goose" we got from here, she's beautiful and friendly and makes us laugh.”
