I contacted Scoochie directly and within 30 minutes someone called me and intercepted the package before it as shipped to the wrong address. We got the product and my dogs love it! “Talia and Jeanine at Maximum K9 were so helpful with selecting some items I needed for my dog, Rugar. I came in looking for a crate and they helped me to choose the perfect one. Talia called over to the warehouse to see if it was in stock and after some discussion, we decided it best that I order online for pickup at the store. I also got a slip lead (Jeanine showed me how to use it) and a tug toy and bone that Talia said her dog loves! Their expertise and assistance made the process easy and enjoyable. “Just visited this reptile store, and happy to say it was a "real reptile" place. It had a good selection of reptiles, not a snake place. Mostly frogs and lizards of all types. Great selection of feeders at a good price. All the enclosures were clean and well kept. It was a pleasure checking you out and recommending to everyone in the area.”

“I’ve found my groomer for life! The service here is unmatched- so much so that when I pulled into the parking lot unable to find the location of the store, the owner stood by the door signaling me inside (haha)- he saw a woman with a Goldendoodle and knew it was him we were looking for!He offered great advice on nutrition and a couple of other pointers that would benefit our puppy. The groomer was understanding, she offered advice on how to better our Goldendoodles coat with out judgement and gave him his best groom yet! Don’t look any further for a groomer- this place deserves an award for most friendly, understanding and professional grooming in town! Thank you!”

“This is going to be long but I have to include everything lol..I went to every Petsmart and Petco looking for rats because I was interested in getting a couple. I lost my dog March 24th of last year and it broke me mentally. He went from 10 years old, looking 5 years old, to heart disease and death 9 months after diagnosis. I would watch him on my camera at work and coach him through his episodes of syncope, and he would sit by the camera and listen to me.Anyway, I started talking to Shannon about the different small animals and thankfully I mentioned rats because she said "we have two in the back". I immediately wanted them and I left the store already in communication with someone selling a cage, ordered things from Amazon, and 24 hours later here they are! I'm going to include pics. They seem comfortable but hesitant. They're eating and drinking (the one with the crooked tail is so brave) lol.Lastly, aside from Shannon I spoke to Alanna who is a great person and truly cares about animals the way I do. She could be the face of Petsmart. She's so knowledgeable and I left there so confident because of her advice. I have a feeling this will be a rotating door of rats due to their short life, but it's okay.I want to show you guys what I came up with overnight because people, it took very little effort to make this happen and I'm nowhere near finished so don't go trying to get any type of animal without being prepared because it's really not that hard, it's about YOU. Okay I'm done...here's pics of my little guy that I miss so much, the cage, and the little pocket puppies.”
“So, this is a chain pet store, but I don't feel that they are created equal. There is a different feeling about this one in particular, as I have been to these stores upstate as well as through Suffolk County (particularly in Central Islip and Ronkonkoma). Firstly, the staff are awesome here - insanely helpful even when you don't ask, friendly if you bring a furry friend in, and lovely when they check you out. I am also constantly impressed by their stock - I believe the only time in recent memory that they were out of stock in something that I needed was walnut cat litter, but I chose a reasonable alternative. The store is always incredibly clean as well, and doesn't smell off like other Pet Supplies Plus do in the area. Tanks and cages for small animals never have debris or are in need of care. I enjoy shopping here and haven't been to Petsmart or Petco in years because of how much I love this store!”

“Planned to bring my 3 cats for flea baths while the exterminator was bombing out our home. The guy working was really knowledgeable and told me he couldn’t see any on them. I had used Advantage on them 3 weeks prior and didn’t know it would have been too soon for a flea bath if they had needed one. I’m glad he was honest because he said it could have been dangerous for my cats to get the bath. Who knows, other places might have not cared and done it anyway. He let me board them and the dogs while the exterminator took care of the fleas, very nice guy. He has a new customer”

“Very impressed! I said that 3 times inside the store, so that is saying much. First time in a Lidl and very happy with their fruit, bakery and overall prices. They also carry brand names so there are a lot of choices. Crazy how we got a whole Butterball Turkey for $13 total! I liked Lidl better than Aldi and we'll be back :)”

“I've been searching for a good reliable groomer for over 3 years for my Labradoodle. After six different places, I was referred to Janice at South Shore Grooming. I called and left a message on Saturday and got a call back within 24hrs for a Monday appointment. I have to admit I was a little anxious, especially after having no luck with the previous groomers. I dropped off my furbaby at 10am and got a ball back by 12pm that she was ready. I was surprised to say the least since in the past it's taken at least 4+ hours at all the other places. But when I got there I was pleasantly surprised. Janice was able to accomplish what no other groomer had, she managed to do a full grooming on my relatively big (75+ lbs) girl, without having to air dry her or keep her in a kennel for longer than needed. Keke (my furbaby) was absolutely excited to see me but what I noticed was that she didn't look sad like she normally did after our previous grooming sessions. Janice took real good care of Keke and you could visibly see how happy she was. I feel like I just hit the jackpot finding Janice so close by. Thank you for taking such good care of my furbaby and making her look and smell great!!! I can officially say I have found a groomers for LIFE!!!!! If you need a reliable, fast and courteous groomer look no further than South Shore Grooming for all your needs, you will not regret it!”
“Always has my cats food and litter in stock, right by the parkway so it's super convenient or me. Staff is always friendly to me and the prices are good so it's my go to pet store. I always stop to see the cats just to say hi, I always feel bad that I can't take them home with me as I already have 2.”
“Omg so grateful for the dedicated staff!! From animal control to the handlers that keep this no-kill shelter going. A perfect refuge for lost or abandoned dogs. They hold them in the hopes that their owners are able to re-unite with their canine babies!After 2 to 3 weeks the dogs are seen by a vet, spayed/neutered, given shots, tested for heartworm, chipped, groomed, license issued for TOH. Oh and rabies tag too.There is also a cat shelter right next door.The fee for adopting a dog is minimal. Thank you for serving our community.”
“It's got what I need. I stop there for cat treats, love buy 3 get one free on temptations. I also have bought bearded dragon supplies and of course every kind of dog food, toys and treats. I like the Treats rewards too, though I wish they had non-purchase related ways to earn points. Pet Supplies Plus (Long Island area) let's you earn rewards points by watching videos and answering surveys, as well as purchases. Sometimes being involved with the company's app when no money is expected makes you feel more positively towards the brand and I wish PetSmart would adopt those marketing methods. Still, it's close to my house and PetSmart saves cats and holds dog adoption events. I really hope they stay in business. So many retail businesses are closing because of Amazon and I truly hope PetSmart does not close.”

“I adopted Molly from Long Island Feline Adoption Center in January 2023 and Im glad i did and its been nothing but joy and love ever since. Molly is my first cat and I definitely was a bit nervous as I only had dogs previously and I knew the breeds were definitely different. As soon as I arrived at Feline Adoption Center Cheryll took her time to get to know me and my living situation and what I was looking for and matched me with Molly. I came in on a Monday and visited every day that week and went home with Molly that Saturday. Molly is such a sweet, beautiful and well behaved cat. Im so lucky to have her and Im so thankful to Cheryll for matching us Molly is what was missing from my life. Molly is so comfortable in her new home and its only been 5 months and I know that love and joy is only going to continue to grow as I hope she lives a long & happy life.
