“I had a very positive experience overall. The team was professional and pleasant to work with, and the quality of the repairs was excellent. My car was returned in great condition and even cleaner than I expected, which I really appreciated.
The only area that could have been better was communication during the repair process. The timeline extended beyond the original estimate due to parts, and I had to reach out a few times for updates. That said, they did take care of the additional rental time, which I thought was handled fairly.
In the end, the work was done well, the car looks great, and I would absolutely recommend them.”

Estimate and Schedule to Complete are accurate The Customer Service and Dan greeted me and treated my repairs as if I was valued customer. The Facility is well equipped looks very Corporate and clean with a Family atmosphere. I was able to voice my concerns to Dan and he delivered plus some extras. He provided pictures from previous unknown damage while the car was being repaired. The attention to detail is another reason I myself coming from the Aircraft Maintenance Career Field highly recommend Collision & Chrome!! Believe me I Inspected the Hell out of the Car/Repair due to it being my Wife's!!.”

“My car and other cars on my block were tagged with some kind of chalky substance (luckily not spray paint)--I was able to brush some of it off and more came off with a car wash, but the writing was still visible and I was worried about it possibly getting rusty or someone else trying to tag over it.
I'm somewhat new to the area and haven't needed any auto body services yet, so I spent some time looking up a few places nearby and went with Papaleo's based on the great reviews.
I came in to get more information about cost and what it would take to take care of the problem area. I spoke with the kind person at the front desk (I can't remember her name--so sorry) and she brought Ben out to help me. He shared super helpful information about the spot that was tagged and a couple of other things I had questions about. I appreciated his straightforwardness and willingness to help me understand whether waiting on any of the work off would cause further problems (I was worried about this).
They genuinely welcomed me to schedule any time and I appreciated that they weren't pushy or pushing me away (I know my car isn't fancy shmancy, but I love that it works for me and want to take good care of it). The next week, I asked about scheduling the service and they were able to get me in really quickly.
On the day of service, I dropped off first thing and it was ready a little before 12. When I came to pick up, the same friendly front desk person was there to help me and Ben brought my car around to show me how it all went and that they were able to get all of the tag marks out, which I was super grateful for.
My car looked all around fantastic and I realized as I got in the car and started driving home that they did me a courtesy and vacuumed, wiped my mats (they were pretty salty), and cleaned up the inside, as well. I wish I'd noticed while I was still chatting with them, because I would have wanted to thank them for that, as well.
Anyway--long story short, the folks at Papaleo's treated my car and I with the best care. I'd recommend this shop to anyone whose car might need auto body work and if I need any in the future, I'll definitely come back.”

“Had a fender bender and my bumper popped out pretty bad. What I didnt know was that my radiator and condenser were also broken inside. He could have just patched up the bumper and call it a day; but he was honest and thorough and fixed everything that he said he would. Looks brand new and he even shined my tires :). Before I was even a customer, John spent 20 minutes on the phone with me (at the end of the business day) explaining step by step the what to expect with all the steps involved in filing a claim, estimate, repairs and coordination with a car rental. This plus a friend's recommendation convinced me this was the shop I wanted get my repairs done.
Stanco's coordinated the supplement with the insurance to ensure the necessary work for my driver's side door and panels were done correctly. Very happy with the finished work.
And while an Auto Body shop isn't somewhere I want to revisit, it's good to know there is one I can trust both the honesty and quality of their work.”
