If they didnt't have an item in stock, they have ordered it and has been in the following day. They have also been very helpful with insurance questions.”

I would never go to any chain store pharmacy. As you are just a number. Mylan and the pharmacy technicians always acknowledge me by Mrs. *****Newburgh is lucky to have a privately owned business such as Newburgh Pharmacy as they truly are the best pharmacy and people to deal with and in a non judgemental way. “Shopping at Sam's is fine and the pizza and hot dog deals cannot be beat for a cheap lunch. However if you're trying to watch what you eat, there's really nothing much to have...until now. Inside by where the meats are they have sushi rolls that look great. I didn't try it this time but they had shrimp ceviche next to it. It was great. Lots of shrimp in a fresh salsa with a little kick and some lime wedges to squeeze over the top. A carb-less meal in a sea of fast food. Nice!”

I tried to switch here months ago and my PCP kept sending my scripts to my previous pharmacy in my old town and finally I got the chance to come here as I wanted and I won’t be going anywhere else again, ever! “Great staff there. Shout out to Kevin who confirmed my photo order would not come out as I anticipated, called me back as promised and even left me a voicemail when I missed the call. The older Caucasian lady there has a super sweet voice and is incredibly kind. Great spirit about her. And honestly the other few people I’ve spoken to either on the phone or at the store there are all great. One guy usually sounds very cheerful when answering the phone on the night shift. I have yet to run into a sour employee or have any issues with the store. Great customer service every single trip!”

It’s like a mini-Target but without the 45-minute “I only came for one thing” detour. The staff is super friendly! The kind of people who actually seem happy to see you, which is rare these days. And when it comes to prescriptions, they don’t leave you sitting around wondering if you should’ve packed a snack. They’re quick, efficient, and respectful of the fact that you have, you know… a life! Recommend 10/10”
