Medical Arts Pharmacy is a great hometown pharmacy with wonderful and caring staff. The pharmacist is the best, always has the answers, and goes out of their way for people. The staff provides excellent and caring customer service, working through issues with doctors and insurance companies. They know customers when they walk in or call, personalizing each visit. They are hardly ever closed and get prescriptions together quickly, with everything always ready fast. When you call, a real person answers the phone within a few rings. They are available for consultation with ease, making it faster and easier than large chains to get answers. They ensure prescriptions are ready before a trip to pick up. They have what is needed or have it the next day, even going above and beyond to get medications in. Customers travel to use this pharmacy and cannot imagine dealing with another.
My son’s medication had to be administered within 24hrs and all pharmacies were out, but medical arts had it! They called and got my son’s prescription transferred to them and filled it all within an hour. They’re amazing ! We’re so grateful
