“Low tire pressure warning light suddenly came on. Showed up without an appointment at Mavis Tire in Newburgh NY figuring an expensive tire replacement. Tom and Vickie had my car quickly checked out even though it was close to closing time. They discovered that it was just the pressure in the tires being off enough to set off the warning light. Their understanding, honesty and overall exceptional service was appreciated so very much. Mavis Tire is lucky to have people like Tom and Vickie working for them.”

“Excellent service with honest quotes. True pros. I stopped by because I thought I had a slow leak in my run flat tire. My tire pressure gauge was indicating five psi. Ozzy‘s team removed the tire and found that there was a 2 inch crack in the alloy wheel. He told me he had to order a new wheel and it would cost no more than what a dealer would charge. He had one of his technicians give me a lift home and the car was returned to me the following day. I can’t say more about the level of service and professionalism that Ozzy and his team provide. I’ve been a customer for 25 years and will continue to be hopefully for the next 25 years.”

“Recently had my starter replaced on an old Nissan Frontier. I had to have it towed to the location and they promptly called me with an estimate. Between that first call and the second call to come pick it up had to be under 2 hours. (That time includes ordering the part as well) They work really fast and are very clear about the work that needs to be done.
In addition to this car we take our other cars for routine inspections and oil changes and are completely please with the service.”

They made us both comfortable and let me know how long we would have to wait. They were kind to my son even though he was a little rambunctious. Everything that my car needed was explained to me clearly. When I asked if I could make it to pick up my other son from school I was informed of the time needed to complete the repairs needed. “My car tire had had a slow leak for about one month which required a watchful eye. Mavis took the tire off the rim and cleaned the area. They checked the tire and rim carefully and found no leaks. They also checked the other tires for pressure, rotated them, and did a wheel balance. After these, my car's ride felt much smoother as I drove home. Thank you Carlos and Chris.”
