“I wish I lived in Fishkill, NY so I could get my car serviced at NTC all the time. Earlier this month my husband and I had started our annual trek from NH to FL, where we stay for much of the winter. We exited the highway to get gas, hoping we could get to the gas cap since it’s door had been seriously bent in the evening before . With incredible good fortune, we passed an autobody shop on the way to the gas station. Odds were against getting help without an appointment, but we took a chance and turned in anyway. Not only was the door fixed immediately, but with a smile and a hand wave of “no charge.” Such genuine caring is not commonly found. We were able to fill up the tank many times on our journey, and each time we felt gratitude for the kind, skilled, and generous man at NTC Auto Body that made our trip possible.”

“Rodaks save our behinds last weekend. We were driving up from the city in the area and noticed on the way back home that the undercarriage pan had come loose and we could not reattach it into place because it was so heavy. We brought the care here just 1/2 hour before closing suspecting a bigger problem and then took us right away with a smile. Turns out that, not only was the pan loose but it was packed with about 30lbs of compacted ice and snow that had been accumulating from the week prior. They defrosted it, removed it and sent us on our way with good conversation. So grateful. Guys like these are hard to come by these days.”

“Had a fender bender and my bumper popped out pretty bad. What I didnt know was that my radiator and condenser were also broken inside. He could have just patched up the bumper and call it a day; but he was honest and thorough and fixed everything that he said he would. Looks brand new and he even shined my tires :). Only thing I’ll say is he could have been a bit more polite/patient with me on our last phone call…. But despite that he did a good job and I would recommend his shop. Thanks!..”

“Recently my GF's son bought a vehicle on long island. He is 23 and perhaps to enthusiastic. Against my advice we took him to LI to pick up the truck. We live way up in upstate NY. Wouldnt you know it the truck broke down half way. I needed a tow , I needed somebody, cause i dont know anybody near Newburg anymore. He came got the truck and did everything he said he would do. I had to leave it for the next day. And MY tow dolly broke down the next day. Still he worked with me- having infinite patience. If you break down around Newburg, NY call these guys.”
