“NTC comes highly recommend! Not only did they do a great job on the body repair, it was also done in a very reasonable amount of time with what I thought was an excellent price.”
“Empire was the best in fixing my car and returning to me. They worked with my insurance and kept me updated through the whole process and made it super easy and flawless for me. The car was returned to me better then before. Washed and vacuumed. Would highly recommend Tony and everyone at Empire!!”
“Great customer service, fast and good work! Thank you Michelle for getting me in and brakes done. Will now make this place my go to for all of my servicing needs!!”
“Adrian Auto Body is an extremely honest and professional shop in Yorktown Heights. I was the victim of a hit and run. The Adrian team assured me that the work could be done while I was out of town. My car now looks like the day I bought it. Besides completing the work on schedule, the entire team is a pleasure to work with. Don’t hesitate to go anywhere else for all your body shop needs!”
“Rodaks save our behinds last weekend. We were driving up from the city in the area and noticed on the way back home that the undercarriage pan had come loose and we could not reattach it into place because it was so heavy. We brought the care here just 1/2 hour before closing suspecting a bigger problem and then took us right away with a smile. Turns out that, not only was the pan loose but it was packed with about 30lbs of compacted ice and snow that had been accumulating from the week prior. They defrosted it, removed it and sent us on our way with good conversation. So grateful. Guys like these are hard to come by these days.”
“I had a great experience here when I stopped by to renew my state inspection. I called ahead to ensure they were available. Quick and easy, no haggling or unnecessary upselling. I will return and will be recommending to friends and family.”

“Hands-down, the best place to get your Mercedes serviced. Super knowledgeable, honest and friendly with very fair pricing. If you live locally and go to the dealer instead of going here you need your head examined.”
“I was recommended to UCC by my auto mechanic. I was very pleased with the work performed on my vehicle. It was a very easy process thanks to Bill. I hope I never need to have my car repaired again but if I do I wouldn’t consider anyone but Ultimate Collision Center. Best experience I’ve ever had at an auto body shop!”
“My daughter recently passed away; I was in such distress with car needing body work - I was immediately attended to - such empathy and understanding and the car was fixed .

“Recently my GF's son bought a vehicle on long island. He is 23 and perhaps to enthusiastic. Against my advice we took him to LI to pick up the truck. We live way up in upstate NY. Wouldnt you know it the truck broke down half way. I needed a tow , I needed somebody, cause i dont know anybody near Newburg anymore. He came got the truck and did everything he said he would do. I had to leave it for the next day. And MY tow dolly broke down the next day. Still he worked with me- having infinite patience. If you break down around Newburg, NY call these guys.”

“I called to see if they had time for an inspection same day, and they told me to come right in! Not only were they the only ones in the area able to do same day (6 other places I called were making me make appointments days or weeks out!), but they took me right away, were super efficient and fast with the inspection! Will definitely be coming back for my other vehicle needs, thank you!!”

“Highly recommend!!! Matt and his wife both came to my families rescue! My family was in an accident on the Taconic. We were 110 miles from home and had been left at a park and ride parking lot by another tow truck as we waited for a tow truck from my insurance company. After many phone calls and waiting for 4 hours, we were told that company cancelled, they could not find another company and that I should try to find a tow on my own, and then find an uber to get back home. By now it was Sunday evening. Accident had occurred at 1:30.
I googled tow services near me and came across Matt. He was very helpful on the phone and came to get my car to bring it back to his shop. When he arrived, he was concerned about my family and I. He would not leave us in the parking lot he said. He insisted he wait with us until we could get an uber. This proved to be difficult since we were 110 miles from home. Ubers kept cancelling the ride. He called his wife to come help. He took my dad in the tow truck and she took the rest of us in her car. They took us to a local Dunkin’ Donuts where we would at least be safe until I could find an uber! They went above and beyond with human kindness. Truly brought some goodness into a very bad day for my family and showed my daughters that there are still good people in this world. They would not accept any money for their help! They truly went above and beyond!
Thank you both Matt and Michelle!!”

“Got stuck when my battery died. My garage (Levine's) suggested I call Econo Towing. They came within the hour promised and were able to give me a jump so I could drive to Levine's. When I was nervous about getting there, the man said he was going back in that direction and would follow me to make sure I made it!
Great service!”

“I had an outstanding experience with this company. From the moment I called, they were professional, quick, and incredibly reassuring during a stressful situation. Despite the middle of a storm, they still arrived promptly and delivered fast results. The technician was courteous and had my car unlocked in no time without causing any damage.
Their pricing was fair, the service was efficient, and the overall customer care was truly exceptional. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable lockout assistance.

“My car battery was dead when I left work today. 3 of my fellow managers right away suggested AutoZone when determined the battery was dead. It was on my way home and I can honestly share the relief I had when I walked in and they said they could help right away! In less than 15 minutes, Shane and Cameron, had me signed up, paid and installed with a new battery. Even checked at the end with a start and restart. EXCELLENT service!
I have purchased blades and fluids at the store but never knew they did this service. I will totally recommend them to others. Kudos to your Newburgh team!”

“We had a flat tire in Newburgh NY & AAA sent Peter Floor from Pat's Towing. The driver was my 80 year old aunt. Peter was considerate, timely & professional. He gave us a great recommendation for the new tires we needed as our spare was simply a donut. He looked out for us not to drive too far, as we originally had a different location in mind. We highly recommend him for your towing needs & thank him for his help!”
