“This review is a couple days late but here we are. First off Kathy is such a sweet lady, I called her last minute and she was able to squeeze me in. I wanted to go to PR with my hair slayed. Let me tell you she did not disappoint she was fast and precise. I can’t wait to go back for my next style! They have been in multiple beaches and pools, and washed a couple of times and are still going strong.”

They are either busy assisting customers, making sure merchandise is laid out fashionably and pleasingly, or attending to customers in the dressing rooms. They never stand around idle. The tariffs imposed this past year have had a negative impact on the retail industry; therefore, I have been patient while waiting for the best sales.”

“Great store! I go here frequently. Staff are welcoming, very helpful and want to make your shopping experience a pleasant one. They answer questions about clothing, give helpful recommendations, offer to get any other sizes or items you'd like to try on while in dressing room. Offer to order another color or size if they don't have it. The store is clean, neat and well organized. Love the styles (from casual to work to dressy). J Jill offers many specials to lower your total cost. Don't know what I'd do without the local J Jill store.”

She goes above and beyond my daughter is very petite. She’s under 5 foot throughout the years. Her size is varied, but they’ve always been accommodating and have such beautiful stuff. Great quality.
