“Dave and Rachel are the best! We decided to elope on our anniversary instead of doing the big wedding and I ordered a ring at my local jeweler, and after multiple issues there and being told the wrong ring came in, I was left having to find a ring by Sunday night (with it being Friday). I called multiple places and was told they only had stock size and wouldn’t be able to resize it for me in that short amount of time, and went to countless jewelry stores to see they hardly had any rose gold wedding bands and even if I liked one of the few styles they wouldn’t be able to size it in time. Finally I came across Jeweler’s Studio and talked to Dave on the phone and told him everything and he was willing to see me right away and reassured me they could help. I came in Saturday am and was greeted by the two of them and they took the time to let me try on all of the rose gold rings (the biggest selection I have seen anywhere) and they even cleaned and polished my engagement ring on top of it! I ended up leaving with two rings because I wanted to stack rings and one was more of an anniversary gift, and Dave custom sized them right there in front of us!”

“A few weeks ago I came into the store because my stones in my engagement ring felt off and I was worried I might lose one! Hunter inspected the ring and it was in rough shape to say the least. Sheret’s was willing and capable of doing the repairs however I had one more hiccup to throw at them…I needed all repairs done in less than 2 weeks! I was headed out on my 10th anniversary trip and desperately wanted my ring with me for obvious reasons. Hunter was so kind he didn’t make promises but worked very hard to make this happen! He called me the morning before I flew out on my trip and the ring was finished! I cannot thank him and his staff enough for making my ring look brand new! “I was very impressed with the Kay staff I dealt with. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was asked if I needed assistance. I explained that I needed a star sapphire stone put back on the ring it fell out of. I was given the price for repair and thought I would go somewhere else. Two women and a gentleman (can’t remember their names, even though they did introduced themselves) talked with me and understood how important this ring was to me (it was my mother’s ring). They worked with me and I did leave the ring with them for repair. I was so happy when I left and am very thankful that they each took that extra step to make me feel so comfortable doing business with them.”
