This location has been consistently understaffed and poorly trained, leading to noticeable service issues. The notary department is especially disorganized and has repeatedly failed to honor scheduled appointments.

This place picks and chooses who they wanna help. Wouldn’t cash a check and refused to explain why. Came back with my boss and then they cashed it. Went to other branches and never had issues.

Please do NOT do banking here! A family member has hundreds of thousands of dollars in bank accounts and when he tried to withdraw money they would not allow him and said he was not in the right head space to do so. They are not doctors!
I'm filing a lawsuit against Chase and personally suing the Manager as well. They do not have the right to withhold money from clients. My family member needs money to live on.
This place is dangerous! Do not do banking here!

Waste of time. They don't pick up their phone, they don't tell you which documents you need beforehand, and when you arrive they tell you that you don't have the right documents

Don’t come here. The bankers aren’t doing anything and I needed a simple 5 minute thing and they wouldn’t accommodate you. Go to TD instead

Worst customer service. Branch duty manager Emily did not have base knowledge about Chase products, services and locate correct financial advisor.. Very bad attitude to cover up her poor product knowledge. Bank branch manager Wendy called and saying Chase has too many products so her shift manager would not know. Very embarrassing excuse as a bank branch manager. People may not know everything that is understandable however the best way to assist customer is to find proper department or person who can handle since they have a capability to search employee who handles asset management. Very disappointed. Don’t see them trying to make an effort to assist.As you guys see now we know why they have 2.8 average on review. Shame…

I am a client for over 15 years and this branch is probably the worse I have to deal with. It’s near my office so I have gone in many times and been disappointed. No one knows any policies, never a notary on site, and manager is clueless.
