“First time on the place, I was impressed on how the staff is friendly and polite you don't see that often. Very fast service, did an oil change (they have all types and brands, I was looking to get high mileage Mobil 1 and they had it), they check everything all fluids and tires air. They put a sticker inside your car so you remember when you need to change your oil again. You also get a free hand wash! Cashier is quick and they don't try to upsell you stuff you don't need. They have a waiting area or you can stick around while they work and ask questions and they answer very professional. I saw a few cars and they move fast as they can do multiple cars at the same time. Price is reasonable you can call and ask before, they are open every day!”

“Amazing staff. Explained everything perfectly. Now for Remedy Destination, Customer to customer I believe you should do your research, right. When you call or you go in person to valvoline they tell you what the prices are for what ever oil you want use and if I’m not mistaken, Jiffy Lube and Valvoline prices are exactly alike except when you call they already tell you that you can apply a coupon or that they will apply a coupon for you. On your receipt from valvoline it shows you received synthetic blend plus they apply a $16 coupon +2.44 off of that service. Now for jiffy lube receipt you paid for full synthetic which is a better oil then what you got a valvoline which of course would be more expensive. Therefore your getting a better service, better quality, and a longer oil life.”

“The tech was fantastic and he deserves 10 stars! Plus ... he was a real person. So refreshing! Sears seems to think they only need one real human for their service calls, and that is the tech. I would recommend to them employing some real humans in their customer service department and providing their customers with a real phone number to dial with which to talk to them. No one likes to talk to a bunch of robots. (Note: the price listed that I paid was only for the diagnosis. The washer required a very expensive repair which the age of the machine did not warrant.”

“This is my go to auto shop for everything, I live close by and I've been going here for about 2-3 years and they have always been so kind to me. They have helped me with many things such as oil change, inspection, tire rotation, checking the breaks, and even helping me when rats chewed my cabled and my car wouldn't run. One of the workers even came on his moped a few blocks to meet me and turn on my spark plug so that I didn't have to get another expensive tow. I will probably go here for as long as I have a car. “As I was about to go to work my car wouldn’t start so I contacted my insurance company. I’m on a busy block so there is always cars parked in front and in the back of me. I waited for the first tow truck he said he couldn’t do it because the car in front of me was to close. Then the next truck same thing then the next same thing. Eventually my insurance company told me another truck was on the way it was already 6 in the afternoon. I have been trying to get my car towed since 10am. Well Eli came on the flatbed put the truck in the certain angle. And I had to see how he was going to pull this off. After 5 minutes literally he got my car out of the parking spot and was dragging it on the flatbed. I couldn’t beeping believe it. Very skilled and professional. GOOD JOB ELI”
