“I had a great experience at this shop! My car is fixed and running perfectly now. A huge thank you to Kevin, Clark, and the shop manager—they were all incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find such honest and reliable service. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality auto repair. Five stars!”
“I brought my C63 to Shaun after multiple shops couldn’t figure out the issue. I had a misfire at idle and originally thought it was just an intake manifold leak. Sean quickly confirmed the manifold was leaking, but he went further and discovered the real problem — a bad ECU, something nobody else even considered.
From the moment I arrived, he was on the phone with his connections, finding someone to code the ECU that same day! Saving me money on parts, and pointing me in the right direction. His knowledge of the M156 platform is on another level, and he’s one of the most genuine people I’ve dealt with in the car world.
His prices are super reasonable — even cheaper than some non-specialty Mercedes shops. If you’re in the area and own any BMW or Mercedes, especially anything with the M156, you need to know about Sean. Highly recommend!!”

“I was going through it with my car trying to pass inspection. Bac Auto Repair Corp. was the 3rd mechanic that I went to. My brother’s recommended this mechanic to me. My car had some sort of electrical issues because years ago thief’s ripped off my cadillac converter. After a few tries of trying to figure out the missing puzzle of what my car needed, Byron fixed it. Byron is patient, kind, understanding and genuine. It is a huge deal for me to feel comfortable in a place especially b/c I find it difficult to trust people. Also being a female, the reality is that many mechanics take advantage since many not all but many females don’t have much experience with cars.
He has gone out of his way to help me.
I will be bring my car here from now on.”
“Did a fantastic job making the car look like new after a bad fender bender accident shredded right side! Fixed everything to perfection and changed out all parts brand new!! Great work!!”
“I've done mechanical work independently for some time, including engine rebuilds. When the transmission on my 2010 Bentley Continental GT started shifting slowly, I knew I needed a second opinion. Cary was quick and professional. We ended up needing to replace my unit. He got an incredible deal on a new unit from Bentley and stuck to his estimate even though the job became extremely complex. These are the only folks I will trust with my transmission work going forward. Five stars”

“Hi, I've been coming to the shop for a long time. They do quick service at a great price. They keep a friendly dog outside that I understand is accustomed to cold weather. The manager is very friendly but has a bit of an accent. Just ask her to repeat herself slowly, she is patient.”
“Had a great experience very helpful and extremely accommodating to my situation they really worked with me and gave me time and options very professional and car is running great now! I’d recommend them to anyone very happy with the work and experience”
“I came in for an oil change, but the gentleman who helped me pointed out two problems that I had already noticed, but hadn't had the chance to check. Thank you very much, I know this is a place I will visit again in the future because of the great service I received today. Thank you, thank you”

“When it comes to auto body work, it may cause quite a lot even for minor scratches. I am so grateful to the staff in New Expres Auto. I got a very good deal. Their work is amazing. Drop my RAV4 on Wednesday morning and picked up next day. The damages are totally unnoticeable now. A few friends even asked me their number for future reference.”

“Delta Service Center is officially my all-time favorite car service center. Manager Sal is one of the most courteous, skilled, and gifted mechanics i have ever had the pleasure to meet. His customer service skills are top notch, and he always ensures I am happy with the repair results. His attention to detail in his work, and his treatment of customers are excellent. His prices are very reasonable and fair given the quality of work that he provides. I highly recommend this business for all of your auto repair needs and maintenance. Thus far, Sal and team have replaced all of my brakes, suspension stabilizer links, strut and shock assemblies, tires, exhaust leaks, loose undercarriage parts, and Co2 sensors across two of my vehicles. I truly appreciate Sal for all he has done to get my cars back into business. Thank you!”

“After many months of struggling to drive my car,I finally found somebody who knew what I always knew. Something was very wrong with the transmission and it was time to replace it. Various people kept telling me that it wasn’t so bad. It would last a long time. If it goes just pull over and junk it. I really didn’t want to purchase a new car at this time. Thanks to a friend, I took my car to … where they replaced the transmission. It was such a relief to feel safe driving once again thanks to their expertise. My car drives like a new car again. Thank you! If you need a transmission replacement , I highly recommend NYTG in College Point Queens.
