“While driving with my children on a road trip during horrendous rain, our windshield wiper decided to go on the fritz. This store was the closest on Google Maps, so we made it over and the two gentlemen working there that day were so helpful- quickly got new blades on for us, and even investigated why the wiper arm itself was loose and fixed that for us. So, so appreciative of their kindness and helpfulness, especially when it was such awful weather!”
“Check engine light came on and I stopped by for a diagnostic check which they do for free to see what was the reason for the check engine light before taking it to a garage to fix so I can know what I'm walking into when I repair my vehicle. Very helpful and they also provide a printout of the results.”

“Went to O’Rilley’s today to replace both of my front windshield wiper blades, As I was from out of town and did not know my way around, there are no O’Reillys auto parts where I live-Jeremy was excellent. He not only helped me get the right blades, but he came out and installed them for me as well. I have arthritis in my hands and it’s difficult for me to do something like install wiper blades. He also gave me information on the rewards program and was just overall friendly and helpful.”
