Yvonne has been in the bridal business for over 20 years, and her experience really shows. She was incredibly comforting, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire appointment. She walked us through so many beautiful options and styles, explaining everything along the way and making sure my best friend felt confident in what she was trying on. We never felt rushed—she genuinely wanted to help find the perfect dress.

Her daughter Julia was in the store helping us and was fantastic throughout the appointment, and her younger daughter was also in store. It was so nice seeing the whole family working together, including Yvonne’s mom. You can truly feel how much care they put into the experience for every bride.

They were also incredibly accommodating to our group. We had a private room for the appointment, which made the experience feel intimate and allowed us to celebrate the moment together. We even had a baby with us, and they were so kind and helpful, which made everything feel relaxed and easy for our group.

It was also so fun to see the energy in the store. There were girls there looking for prom dresses, and at one point we all actually stayed to watch one girl try on a gown because it was that stunning and fit her perfectly. Everyone in the store was cheering her on—it really showed how supportive and joyful the atmosphere is there.

The dresses were beautiful and the service was exceptional. I’m actually from out of town, but I would absolutely travel back here to find my own wedding dress in the future. If you’re looking for a bridal boutique where you’ll feel welcomed, supported, and truly taken care of, I cannot recommend Bridal Gallery by Yvonne in Latham enough. Such a special place and an unforgettable experience!!! It was such a special day for my best friend and she felt amazing!!”

“I absolutely loved my experience at Love Story. It was the first and only place I went to try on wedding dresses. We were doing a planned elopement outside in a Glacier National Park but I still wanted a traditional
wedding dress and I thought I had a general idea of what I wanted but ended up having no idea what I wanted. ☺️ My top 3 dresses could not have been more different and the staff helped walk me through the pros and cons of each of them without pressuring me one way or another. It’s a small shop so you don’t feel overwhelmed but they have a great variety of dresses and also do designer trunk shows quite often. It’s also a seamless transition if you use their alterations studio (which I recommend). Everyone was friendly and helpful from start to finish and I’ve already recommended them to multiple friends!”

“?????Excellent experience that exceeded expectations! My daughter’s bar was set high for something super unique, stunning and original— a tall order it turns out. We tried on a lot of dresses (trust me!) but nothing seemed to capture her vision. Most were “basic” in style or something so many other girls were wearing.After prom try-one at all the other shops in the Capital Region and not one “wow” moment, we were soooo happy to visit Juliet House of Brides. Both owners were very down to earth and welcoming, kind, helpful when we needed and not pushy at all. We arrived shortly before the shop was closing and there was never one moment where we were rushed which I appreciated. They listened and gave us their complete attention. The shop is small BUT they more than make up for it with a beautiful selection of quality-made gowns.After just a few minutes looking in the racks everyone in the store heard my daughter gasp loudly and we knew immediately that she’d found the one! It literally took her breath away! It ended up fitting almost perfectly, was part of the Jovani line without us realizing (and this was what she had her heart set on), was priced almost $300 off —-and for all the extensive beading was perfectly intact. I think the owners even teared up with me when she walked out in it— absolutely gorgeous! “I bought this necklace from them I have sensitive skin and told them I will sue if my skin develop any infection. To test it out I wear it everyday I bath with it every night and never take it off. Had it for 5 months now and just bought earring 2 months no color change. I’m coming soon for gold grill but so fair I been treated good.
