“We may think of Gettysburg Flag Works as just making American Flags. Not so. I wanted a decent size flag from the Battle of Plattsburg, Sept11, 1814 and they had it. I'll use it in my teaching on the Battle. Check them out.”

“I have had the most frustrating experience with FedEx this week. BUT I would just like to say Bridget who was working tonight was probably the most kind and helpful person ever. She was understanding, helpful and empathetic. As someone who is in customer service management I truly appreciated having someone that new how to deal with a situation with a frustrated customer. I drove over a hour to pick up and my package and wasn't there.
