“Danielle (owner) is such a nice and fascinating person. I came in to simply ship a box with FedEx. I ended up spending almost a half hour here chatting with Danielle and her staff. The walls are lined with old photos from the area, some dating back to the 1800’s, and Danielle had amazing stories for every one of them. They also sell some super cool books about local history. Like one of the previous reviews said, I’m almost trying to find a reason to go back soon because it was such a nice experience”

Even when I have to beg for a rush job - they do their best to accommodate. “I have had the most frustrating experience with FedEx this week. BUT I would just like to say Bridget who was working tonight was probably the most kind and helpful person ever. She was understanding, helpful and empathetic. As someone who is in customer service management I truly appreciated having someone that new how to deal with a situation with a frustrated customer. I drove over a hour to pick up and my package and wasn't there. She exhausted every option to help she was kind she even made sure to take a personal interest in resolving the issue and I showed up right before closing. She truly goes above and beyond. And I called 1800FedExgo after leaving.....that was ridiculous and pathetic the people on the phone literally put words in my mouth didn't listen to anything I said and made me want to throw my phone out the window. So yes to Bridget but FedEx do better.”

The reviews are really surprising to me because I've never found the two guys working here to be rude. They're certainly busy, but they do a good job and always provide a great thoughtful service. They're also pretty quick, usually never a line.”

“I definitely had to take the time to write a review because I feel that it's well deserved. I was trying to ship my father a pair of winter boots for Christmas and had first gone to UPS who quoted me $45 to send them to Texas. Considering I had paid a little over $60 for them, I didn't want to spend that much to ship them. Bryan was phenomenal in helping to make the shipping cost slightly more affordable. I still had to pay $30 but his generosity made the price seem more manageable. I just really wanted to get the boots to him since they didn't come in time while he was still living in Massachusetts. Bryan definitely made one headache more tolerable. Thank you.”

I've had nothing but good experiences of this store. I choose this store over any other UPS store intentionally because they've never caused problems, are incredibly fast to work through lines and polite.”

“My favorite local post office. Usually not too busy, I go here a lot. I like it better than downtown because there is a parking lot and (usually) shorter lines. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is small but it's very convenient for anyone in the Lansingburgh area.”

“They’re awesome there they’re helpful. They’re Fast workers and they help you out a lot, which makes a lot more easier when you’re not too sure how to operate certain things or how to send certain things so you’re not spending way too much money great workers I don’t know where people get off saying only one start and complaining about really dumb things. Maybe they close a couple minutes early because something came up or they had to leave early shit happens.”
