“I placed an IKEA order online and came here to pick it up. I was a little concerned about the negative reviews. The experience was great. A few seconds after I confirmed the arrival, a representative came out with a smile ?. In a couple of minutes I had my order and they helped me to put it in the car. Amazing.”
“Danielle (owner) is such a nice and fascinating person. I came in to simply ship a box with FedEx. I ended up spending almost a half hour here chatting with Danielle and her staff. The walls are lined with old photos from the area, some dating back to the 1800’s, and Danielle had amazing stories for every one of them. They also sell some super cool books about local history. Like one of the previous reviews said, I’m almost trying to find a reason to go back soon because it was such a nice experience”

“Very helpful for someone like me who doesn't have a printer (who does anymore?) but needs to print a shipping label. Simply forward to the store's email address, printed on a card on the counter, and they will print and apply it for a small fee.”

Even when I have to beg for a rush job - they do their best to accommodate. They know our business and seem to understand and be flexible about working with us and the craziness of the non-profit world and I trust them with our direct mailings, event mailings, and everything in between.”
“They have great customer service you can go there to drop off packages pick up packages copy facts buy mailing items you can even go on logistic QR code sometimes you don't even need to package your item you can just take it to them like it is with the QR code and they'll handle everything for you very courteous is usually not a very long line”

“I definitely had to take the time to write a review because I feel that it's well deserved. I was trying to ship my father a pair of winter boots for Christmas and had first gone to UPS who quoted me $45 to send them to Texas. Considering I had paid a little over $60 for them, I didn't want to spend that much to ship them. Bryan was phenomenal in helping to make the shipping cost slightly more affordable. I still had to pay $30 but his generosity made the price seem more manageable. I just really wanted to get the boots to him since they didn't come in time while he was still living in Massachusetts. Bryan definitely made one headache more tolerable. Thank you.”
“I have to ship large boxes for work multiple times a year and have always had a great experience here. The reviews are really surprising to me because I've never found the two guys working here to be rude. They're certainly busy, but they do a good job and always provide a great thoughtful service. They're also pretty quick, usually never a line.”

“I don’t know the lady’s name, she had glasses though. I went in today (a minute before closing) because a important package I was expecting got delivered to the wrong mailbox and she was able to figure the whole thing out, she gathered all the information made some calls and within like 15 minutes the situation was fixed. I don’t usually do reviews but she was really kind and helpful during a time(1 min before closing) where she could have been annoyed.”
“Not to be confused with the Southbreast, which is the nickname of a girl I knew who was born with a boob where her jayjay was supposed to be.These days I drive everywhere, but when I lived in Southern California (you know nobody walks in LA), ironically I did so without a car, and used to get around using buses and sometimes trains and very often planes. So basically John Candy without the excess weight.I flew to so many airports in the west end of the country on Southwest, from Boise to Portland to Spokane to Seattle to Sacramento, Vegas, Orange County, San Diego, and so many more, according to my flight records (a personal record I keep of all flights I've taken.I was in and out of Albany just once... my partner and love of my life lived in Buffalo, and if it were much cheaper, or if we were heading to NYC, I sometimes flew into other NY state cities or nearby cities. Albany had a much more understated airport than I expected, but it was nice and clean.I can't even count the number of flights I took from Los Angeles International to places like San Diego, Las Vegas, and much further afield back home to New York and Buffalo via other places like Detroit.I used to basically live in LAX although I also flew Southwest to or from places like San Diego and Las Vegas and even from Hollywood (Burbank) once, and John Wayne in Orange County on three occasions when I was living in San Juan Capistrano. And so many more.Southwest Airlines was amazing back in those days, and it's a little bit less great now, but it's still one of the better ones of a bad bunch, and they're still a little bit less likely to be ripping you off for things like baggage and whatnot. And I appreciate that.They're still my favourite airline, even though like most other airlines they've definitely had some major setbacks after 9/11, and in terms of the economy.”
“I really have nothing bad to say about this post office, even if I tried, which I think many people do, just because of the stigma the phrase "US Post Office" is commonly associated with. I get it. I've been to plenty Post Offices in my life to feel the same. This place, however, really is different, and special. Why? Well, maybe for me because it is hidden in a popular strip mall just minutes from my work. That means not only can I take care of postal stuff quickly at lunch, I can also grab a bite and still be in time for my 1:00pm meeting. Also, I don't know if it is because of the location, or that people just don't mail stuff any more these days, but there is hardly ever a line.It is a tiny spot, not like the Post Offices in Down Town Albany, but it still has everything, and the Postal Workers at the counter are always pleasant. My favorite thing about this post office, is that they are open Saturday until 5pm. That is always nice when I need to take care of some mailings on the weekend. You won't find many other post offices open all day Saturday, which leads me to believe many more people appreciate and use this location. And, like I said, if going on a Saturday, I always pick a nice place to eat in the plaza, which has many.”
“This post office is fine, they're open later than most especially on Saturdays. Keep in mind they close for an entire house for lunch, 2-3.The lines can get long here, lots of people come with completely unpacked items and want to ship something, which can make it take 20+ minutes sometimes if there's a couple people in line unprepared as there is only one teller at a time.They do their best to handle it though, so that's really not on USPS.”

“I needed help yesterday because my parcel had been delivered to a supermarket mailbox but the supermarket staff and I did not seem to understand one another.I was confused between us until I reached USPS. The lady at the counter was able to help me a quick solution by contacted a right person. Then I was given a parcel by a gentleman after he drove to the supermarket. It was a pleasure to work with them and I really appreciated their kindness.”
“I go to this UPS store for all my returns. Have always had a positive experience with the employees. I really feel bad for them sometimes though because they deal with a lot of dickhead customers that I seen firsthand. Couldn’t be me”
“I had a lost package. I called the post office and open a case to find the package. The post lady called me on Friday and informed me that she would look into the problem. On Monday, she called me back and assured me that I would get a pink slip in the mail the next day. When I got home from work the pink slip was in my mailbox like she promise. I was so worried that I would not get my package but I got it. Thank you for your help and reassuring me.”
