“Great DT! The store is well stocked, very clean and organized. The staff is WONDERFUL... friendly, helpful and, by the look of the store, hard working. From the manager on down, a great group of people.”
“It was pretty good, I got a sweater jacket for my son, a pair of black pants for me and my husband got some sweat pants for himself and we also got some groceries stuff.”
“I was actually the customer waiting in line directly behind this interaction, and my experience was completely different from what was described in another review.
The customers had already completed their transaction and then decided they wanted additional merchandise that was kept behind the register. The cashier immediately went to retrieve the items and politely asked multiple times which color they wanted. Unfortunately, they did not respond for several minutes, despite being asked more than once.
Meanwhile, several of us were waiting in line to check out. The cashier simply explained that if they needed more time to decide, she could help the next customer and come back to them afterward. I thought that was a fair solution that respected everyone else's time.
Instead, the situation escalated because the customer became argumentative and insisted that the cashier continue waiting indefinitely while they decided. At that point, the cashier calmly removed herself from the interaction and allowed another employee to take over. In my opinion, that was the most professional thing she could have done to prevent the situation from getting worse.
Before I left, I told the cashier not to let the negativity ruin her day because no employee deserves to be spoken to disrespectfully while simply doing their job.
I've shopped at this Five Below many times and have consistently had positive experiences. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and hardworking. Based on what I personally witnessed that day, I believe the employees handled a difficult situation with professionalism and restraint.
I'll absolutely continue shopping at this location.”
“I was shopping around for a bicycle for my granddaughter and finally found the perfect one at Walmart! They had a huge selection for her age. They were very helpful bringing the bike up to the register and out to the car for me. Love Walmart!”
“One of the cleanest Dollar trees I have been in, complimenting the cashier on the cleanliness and organization of the whole store. My compliments to the management and staff who make it a pleasure to shop there.”

“This Five Below goes above and beyond. I just went in to see if I could get some party decorations and I was asked if I needed help. It may have been the manager, I’m not sure but she helped me with everything including balloons. I will be going here going forward for all my party needs. The balloons were priced very well and the service was quick.”
