We shopped at the Crooked Hill Rd store and bought a bbq. We had the help of Tim the garden manager and he could not have been more helpful! He helped my husband try to fit it every way possible - then took off one of the side tables so we could fit it i our car! Such a very nice man!

Very unhelpful, trying to get my refund back but the manager keep refusing it. Luckily the customer service online helps me do the refund. Never going to this store again.

One of the worst Home Depot locations. Clearly wildly understaffed, both in number of employees and general knowledge level. Their inventory is always WAYYY off, lumber section has bottom of the barrel & the online ordering/delivery process is a mess. Go to the East Northport location or Lowe's across the street.

There is no one to help in the store. It’s impossible to find things and forget trying to call ahead. I prefer Lowes!

so bad. I came in and asked for a paint sample from an employee and he was being rude and threw the paint sample on the other side of the table so I had to go and grab it from the other side and he left.

This is the worst home depot that I have ever seen, I put this message because I have 2 hours and they can't load 30 sheets of chirock, please, we don't take advantage of your time, we all have time for everything and they don't help the customer, they are very bad service.
