“We had the pleasure of having John help us this evening when we came in looking for a new washer/dryer combo. He was super helpful, answered all our questions and got us exactly what we were looking for. He was not pushy and we didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase. His manager Steve also came over to assist, who was also very friendly and made us feel confident that we received a great product at the best possible price!! Fun fact: We didn’t realize the store closed at 8:00 and they both stayed to finished my transaction without even letting me know that the store was technically closed. When I found out I felt terrible and said “why didn’t you tell me!!” and John said, “when you have guests over, do you kick them out?” I would highly recommend John and Steve at PC Richard in West Babylon. They gave us the VIP experience!!”

He was so friendly explained every couch I sat on and the perks of each couch at the end. I told him what I was looking to spend, and he was willing to help me out and get me what I wanted. “I ordered a custom bookshelf from them because it was hard to find one with the right height. I had never bought custom furniture before. Filling out the form on the website was very easy, and they were extremely prompt in replying. It was easy to communicate with them by email and by phone, and they made sure to send me a design with the dimensions for me to sign off on. I had an amazing salesman or owner (not sure as to the title of the man) help me without being intrusive as I shopped around. When I had a question he was very polite and very respectful. I got a great vibe from him as well as the store. PS. I purchased everything and it came as stated on time. Everything was perfect. I realized they sell the same kitchen table I have. Sadly one leg broke off the kitchen table (remember this was NOT purchased from them. This is an older table i already had). I went to the Medford location and asked if there was a way to order one leg and I pay them. Same gentleman that helped me said no problem. He orders me 4 Brand new legs and refused to take anything for it. Free. I insisted on paying something. He refused and said it was his pleasure. Where can you find service and professionalism like this anymore? This will be the place I order any furniture from for now on. And I implore anyone else definitely to shop here. “I just purchased a GE refigerator from the Bayside, NY, location and the salesman, Louis, and the delivery team (I wish I had asked their names) were excellent. Once purchased I received emails immediately from Louis with receipts and delivery times. The fridge was delivered in a few days and I received the fridge within the promised 3-hour delivery window. Both delivery men were very professional and careful negotiating the fridge up the 3rd floor walk up. Kudos to PC Richard for a great experince. I will be going back to this location in the futire.”
