Talah, the store manager and Sofia were exceptional. We needed the height of our bed adjusted and Sophia arranged with skill and aplomb. She talked us through the process, helped schedule our date and consulted with Talah. An easy experience.

Ronald was patient, knowledgeable, and great with our kids at the end of the day no less! We feel like we got a decent deal but more than anything the right mattress and base for us.
