“My experience here made me confident that there are people who care about my pain and discomfort in the medical field I have terrible fibromyalgia and chronic pain blood work can leave me in discomfort for weeks if too rough. Ms.Lorella heard me and saw my anxiousness from prior experiences at other locations and talked to me through my bloodwork as well as reassured me to come back to that location so I could be more comfortable with the process and she expressed that no one deserves to feel unheard and mishandled as a patient.she handled my blood work with such ease I didn’t even notice she finished no pain at all!
