“I had a wonderful experience here!! It was 6:45am and both the phlebotomy specialist and the front desk manager were amazing! I would definitely recommend this place. I was concerned due to the negative feedback from other users but am glad I took the chance.”
“I went to this location a few times to do bloodwork and I have had good experiences each time.
I was checked in quickly no waiting, and had my blood drawn immediately and I was in and out under 15 mins.
My labwork results was available under 2 days.
I had used other labs in the past and had issues a few times but I am happy with Notthwell Labs.
Lots of parking.”
“Northwell Health Labs in Babylon has been a wonderful experience each visit. Erica and the staff have been welcoming, friendly and helpful. “I ALWAYS use Bayshore Lab for blood work. They are gentle, kind and efficient. They are very patient with children too. The MOAs and nurses at most of my Dr office have a hard time finding my veins and I wind up becoming a “pin cushion”…at Bayshore, they find the vein, draw the tubes of blood and tape it up in less than 2 minutes…very professional and adept…”
“I could not be happier with this sunrise labs location. i have been coming here for a little over a year and i’ve had great experiences every time. the staff is so kind! they do a fantastic job keeping up with how busy it can get sometimes, and always do their best to make the patients comfortable. “the person with the feather tattoo” is exceptional. she did my bloodwork today, didn’t even feel the poke! we were chatting and making small talk, she did such a good job making me comfortable. you are in great hands at this sunrise labs location. i highly recommend!”
“The staff is friendly and very thoughtful and highly skilled. I had blood drawn for a thyroid test today and phlebotomist Ro and receptionist Mary couldn't have been nicer.
They made me feel welcome and at ease. These ladies go above and beyond in patient care.”
“Had a drug test done here today, I am trying to understand the bad ratings... as it was the most pleasant experience I've had in a long time from a medical facility. The woman at the front desk was kind, explained the process to me, and I was done in under 10 mins. Wish I could give them 10 stars.”
“I wish I got the woman’s name that was there this morning but she was great. She has to do everything and does so with a smile. She got my view first try which is a miracle in itself. No pain at all. This lady deserves a raise for her great work and attitude”
“Quest is my favorite place for blood draws. From making the appt, to the check-in process, to quickly getting test results, they are hands down, the best lab I have ever used.”
“Quest uses very cheap tape after blood draw causing black/blue marks on skin of elderly patients. I am forced to bring my own pharmacy material to avoid marks that take at least 2 weeks to fade.
The nurses tell me that Quest uses cheap
tape to save money.
Quest runs an excellent operation except for this issue. Please consider this problem as it affects your elderly.patients.”
“The phlebotomist was very nice and cheery. I was done with my blood work fairly quick. It took around 5-6 minutes and I usually have a hard time because of my non visible veins but the person did an amazing job. Didn’t feel anything and was a very nice and friendly visit.”
“10/10 experience. I hate giving blood but the girl who drew my blood was very efficient, quick, and kind. She made my experience seamless. Check in was very easy at the check in stand and they took me right away at my appointment time with no waiting. Was my easiest blood draw ever.”
“If you have a fear or needles or pass out AISHA is an absolute angel! Not only did I barely feel a pinch but her ability to talk and keep your mind off of the entire process is so comforting. This will become my preferred location for blood draws. Could not thank her enough. Aisha is the BEST! :)”

She kept a great conversation going with me, which completely distracted me and put me at ease. She made what is usually a stressful task totally painless and easy. “I used to go to stony brook out patient lab until I spent such long waiting periods . I finally decided to try Labcorp and I was so happy and shocked when I got in ( due to pregnancy ) I’m here often. I am in and out so fast no matter how many people waiting they never have you wait too long ! Not to mention the staff here are so kind and helpful definitely happy to go to this location and my new lab draw go to ! ??”

“The staff was very personable and very professional! The office is clean and the staff is knowledgeable. The only thing I’d change is the signing in process. It’s a little confusing because when you book the appointment online, when you arrive at Quest the site on your phone says “I am here” and if you click that it means you’re signed in but when you get inside the waiting room and see the kiosk you think you have to sign in again and nothing tells you that you don’t have to. And when you see everyone who comes in signing in at the kiosk you don’t know what to do.”
“I had to visit this LabCorp location in Sayville twice in the same week because I forgot some of my blood work paperwork the first time. One visit was without an appointment, so I did have to wait about an hour and a half, which was completely understandable since I didn’t schedule ahead. Once I was called back, the blood draw was seamless, and I was out within about five minutes. The second time, I made an appointment and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The staff was friendly, efficient, and I truly have no complaints. I also have very difficult veins and am usually not an easy stick, plus I was dehydrated, but both times they were able to get my blood on the first try, which is very impressive. I highly recommend making an appointment before you go and remembering all of your paperwork. Overall, this was a great experience, and I really appreciate the professionalism and skill of the staff.”
“The Sayville office is fantastic. I had an 8:20am appointment, arrived at 8:15 and signed in via the text I had received. I was finished and back in my car at 8:24am. That is great customer service ?.”
“Friendly staff and short wait time. They've definitely turned things around. I wrote off Labcorp years ago due to many things expressed in the negative comments below. But I decided to try them recently and I was extremely and pleasantly surprised. The staff were great, both social and good at their job. The wait time was almost nothing, even though I was a walk in on a Saturday morning. They were cranking out people fast. Easy in, easy out, and a pleasant experience. Thanks Labcorp.”

“They service was great and positive vibes. only issue is they gave my wife a red drink. And left me with no warning but when we left she started letting them rip like bayblades. And when I tell you the smell was awful. I mean gas station bathrooms don’t smell that bad.”
“I had an excellent experience with the phlebotomist yesterday at the LabCorp location in islip. I've been in the medical field for over 23 years, and honestly hate getting my blood drawn. When I saw she wasn't using a butterfly needle, I almost panicked-but she was so gentle, kind, and reassuring that she immediately put me at ease. She even had me laughing through the whole process,which is not easy to do in that situation, I believe the Phlebotomist name was Debbie. Every time I visit this location so far the staff is consistently amazing with no complaints at all. In My experience, they are far way better than other systems I've worked with including NorthHell 👀(and I say that as a former employee )...
Overall, outstanding care and great team. I truly appreciate them .”
