“I had a bad interaction with a former manager here, and went to other stores for a while, but I stopped by last week and Andrea was terrifically helpful, both finding stock that wasn't on the shelves, and at checkout. Some time ago I had a complicated copying job to turn into a pdf, and the copy clerk was also amazing, though she's not there any more. I think she was about to apply to music school for college. Wish I remembered her name. One drawback is that the branch is a bit smaller than other stores, like the Manhasset one, so they don't have as much inventory, but they do seem to be well stocked for their size, and well run.”

“I’m giving this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center a full 5-star review based on my overall experience.
One very important tip to know: when you drop off a package here, you may be told to use the self-service checkout to scan your FedEx tracking number, or a staff member may scan it for you using the same system. While you will receive a receipt, this scan does NOT immediately upload to the FedEx system. From my experience—both scanning it myself and having staff do it this way—the tracking information did not appear in the FedEx system until the driver arrived for pickup and scanned it, sometimes showing as shipped the next day.
If you need your package to be officially marked as shipped the same day, make sure to hand it directly to the cashier and have them scan the tracking number on their computer. That way, it shows up in the FedEx system immediately.
Aside from that, this location is excellent. There is a small parking lot outside, but it’s rarely crowded, so parking is usually easy and convenient.
The hours are also longer than many FedEx shipping centers, which makes it very flexible:
* Monday–Friday: 8 AM – 7 PM
* Saturday: 9 AM – 7 PM
* Sunday: 12 PM – 6 PM
The staff are friendly, professional, and efficient. There’s typically little to no line, so the whole process is quick and saves a lot of time.
Overall, this is a very convenient and reliable FedEx location. As long as you know the difference between self-service scanning and cashier scanning, you’ll have a smooth experience every time. Highly recommended!”

Found This "Ups Authorized Shipper" today On Waze. Their name is Boxes and Bytes .
Thought I'd give it a try on the way home to do my Amazon return!
Right off the bat Lou was already trying to help me the moment i walked in . He told me it was free to ship and referred me to smithtown UPS store.
Now I'm posting this because not only was he super nice and super patient cause I can be real slow sometimes . .
He told me they will just scan the QR code and take me return. He was being 100% honest and didn't wanna charge a fee for the email. However. I was like Hold Up wait a minute... I've been to both smithtown and brentwood.. and Both times they couldn't scan the QR Code. They also required "email label to a friend" and charged fee for printing.. Now the difference is, which Lou explained to me.. cause I thought this was normal.. they are offical UPS owned storefronts.. they have a contract with UPS and are credited by Amazon Hence the FREE return part.
So this was a revelation for both of us haha.
So long story Short.. If your gonna be paying for Amazon returns even if it's just a few bucks.. Support your local businesses. And save the extra drive cause B&B is right around the corner.
I FOUND MY designated place for returns and I'm super glad about it cause Amazon been screwing up orders left and right.
