“A few months ago I started a small cosmetics business. And I had been looking for a place that I can use to ship my Makeup packages through. I didn't feel like waiting online at the regular post office. Because it was just so much going on due to COVID-19. Boxes and Bytes was just easier. I know my office has used them to ship prior to me going in. The guys were great. They were patient with me. This had been my first there for personal use. I forgot to print my shipping labels lol. They guy who helped me, was super sweet and patient. He told me to take my time, as I went through my phone to find everybody's name and address. I shipped I think five or six small packages at about 5/6 dollars each. Nothing crazy. Still a Great Business. I will be using them for further shipments.”

“I had my internet service changed, and due to the change my ring camera system was off line. After numerous calls to both my internet provider and the ring camera, the ring camera decided to send me new cameras. Before the new cameras arrived, I was able to get the cameras working again. I contacted the ring camera and they sent me an email to print up return labels for UPS to send them back. I had three boxes to return with three labels. Next thing I know my printer is not working. I go to the UPS store and meet Eric. Since the company sent me labels Eric explained to me that I had to use the labels that the ring camera sent me and he could not make new labels. I did not know how to print the new labels in the store from my tablet, using their wi- fi. I had much difficulty in doing so and the store was very busy. I asked Eric if he could do it for me. He explained that it was against the stores policy to touch anyone's personal tablet. After feeling frustrated and not being able to figure out how to do it myself, Eric verbally walked me through the steps of what needed to be done. I was now able to send them back. I don't know what I would have done without Eric's help. Eric was so patient with me along the process. Eric was very polite, professional, and a great employee to deal with. The world needs more people like Eric. I never experienced such kindness. I want to let UPS know what a terrific employee Eric is. Thank you Eric for all your help. You are the best!”

“This is more than just a copy shipping place. I have so many things done there posters printed photos printed she’s had signs laminated for me. You can’t get better service and friendlier service than this place real hometown, style and professionalism. I have things printed out there all the time because my copier gave out. I just email it and I pick it up the next day. It’s wonderful and easy, and if I need more professional style that I’m sure I’m using my no it’s available. “I wrote a critical review in 2016. Now I am amending it. The hostile sales person appears to be gone. Their pricing and deal structure has changed for the better. The platform itself has been revamped considerably and the UX is vastly improved. Now you can go month by month for about $100. They also credited me back email credits I had before as goodwill. I am putting it at 4 as I am still evaluating but am much encouraged by the positive changes and attentive attitude. It remains to be seen how all this adds up to marketing results, though this is likely to be largely in my hands and market needs. Thank you Agency Access for listening and course correcting! ----- * My earlier one star review: "I used this for a few years and got one small job from it. I got a lead on a bigger job that didn't pan out. Net-Net, I wasted thousands of dollars. If you have unused email credits, most of them won't carry over. Most of the emails sent to the lists are not even opened, even when I made the lists super targeted and included award winning work, AB tested headlines and so on. So many people use this to spam art directors with junk that they're drowning in it. Most art directors don't have time to look, so they don't. When you cancel you--might find yourself trying to be retained by an abusive sales person. They'll call you to bully and intimidate you into continuing to subscribe. "So you don't care about your career?" As for their ancilliary services. I would strongly advise against considering them. For printed promotions, they say their designers are world class. But speaking as a professor, the samples they sent honestly are in the realm of C-grade student work. Put it this way, Apple will never hire any of their graphic designers. Essentially, Agency Access lies to artists. As for Telemarketing services--they're inappropriate to offer as a service. It's 2015."”

“Awesome design studio by amazing artist. On the side of the building a 25-foot mural painted by artist Efren Andaluz shows all Pokémon. The colors are bold...saturated.. highly pigmented. The canvas pops. The catchphrase "Be a leader" appealed to me. Perhaps the artist hoped its viewers would want the desire to be strong and influential? Or quite possibly he left it there only to be tied into the game and characters. Maybe no inner lying meaning at all.”

“For the sake of full disclosure, I have known the owner's brother for almost 40 years. I have known the owner for maybe 15. I love the convenience of selling something on Facebook Marketplace, getting a pre-printed label for the package and simply dropping it off here. There is never a hassle. Much easier than dealing with long lines at our own Post Office. Twice I came here to get fingerprinted and that likewise was quick and easy. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.”
