HORRIBLE customer service! Mrs. Pena as others have pointed out is unprofessional and seems clueless to be the Branch Manager or any other role in Congers location. She had no idea of an answer that clearly had to be in their system about an account and instead told me had to talk to the person that filled out the paperwork that wasn't there! Granted this paperwork took place in person a month ago with another person at bank and she needed to reach him (he was out that day) to talk to him. I'm sorry but you need to talk to someone about an account after paperwork was done in system. SHOULDN"T THE SYSTEM HAVE THE INFORMATION instead of asking someone about it that won't even remember me? Not to mention she said she would call ME shortly and confirmed my phone number and never did. Still waiting for the answer....I had another issue with bank and her a year or so ago as well. Taking mine and family's banking somewhere else that has a clue! So sad not to be able to stay with local banking. I'm done!

I’ve been with this bank for 15 years now and have never been mistreated at all. I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars because I have a business account as well as personal but I can’t do Zelle with the business account and I could with another bank so the option is available just not from Webster. It’s really my only gripe. But the tellers at the drive up are always polite and smiling and that’s what makes me happy. Fanman ps teller 73 is definitely my favorite

I just read some previous reviews re: Mrs Pena and her staff at Webster Bank located in Congers NY. I have been banking at that location since the bank was Provident then changed to Sterling and presently Webster, I have found previous managers and staff to always be helpful and courteous and find Mrs Peña and her staff to have even improved on that. I find it hard to believe the negative remarks I have read.

Mrs. Pena is very rude and unprofessional. Everytime walk into this bank and see she's the only one who is available to help me I always prepare myself for an unpleasant experience at sterling national bank.

The website indicate they open the drive through at 8:00 am. When I pulled up at 8:20, teller told me they open only at 8:30 am. I showed the teller their website, but she didn’t agree it. Their was staff inside sitting around and joking while I’m waiting outside. Worse customer service. Not recommended. I wish I could put zero star.
